Kundrati's "FOMAT City:" What is Kundrati working on?

It was announced a while back that Kundrati would be hosting the next FOMAT (FOMAT 32) because of their win at FOMAT 30. Due to the planned long wait (the Kundrati Music Academy said they would host FOMAT 32 in January 5602), it was expected that there would be a FOMAT in between. That FOMAT has ended with a stunning win for Dundorf, and now all eyes are on Kundrati for the next FOMAT.

Kundrati is leaving no expense unturned. The local authorities have begun the "FOMAT City" project in Pieskova Hora in Peghonai. The following would be built over the next twenty-odd years.

The FOMAT City project is expected to be a new district in the growing Pieskova Hora, taking land from an old industrial park. FOMAT City would include new subway stations, a dedicated commuter rail stop, bus services, and even a tram to move around the city toward the main downtown area. The new town will include spacious housing for participating countries' administrative staff, media, and participant musicians. The housing will start at one bedroom and end at four bedrooms with expectations of low to medium-rise apartment buildings with their own laundromats, spacious gym space, recording and practicing space, business centers, and even a small playroom for children. Some apartment buildings will also have outdoor space for people to run around, play tennis, or more.

FOMAT-City will also have its hospital with dedicated emergency room facilities, a children's hospital, and more to provide medicine and life-saving services to the area properly. The hospital will have enough beds for a few hundred people.

This is not to mention that FOMAT-City will include two medium-sized malls and various commercial streets to connect to the residential areas. These malls will be stocked with the best in Kundrati and international storefronts, hoping that brands like Goldfoods and Anything Lourennaise will sell their products to Kundratis and internationals everywhere. The malls will also contain movie theaters and dedicated transit options.

Due to the name FOMAT-City being dedicated to FOMAT, there will already be facilities to make this FOMAT one of the best out there. Thus, a dedicated production facility is also being built. This facility will have its own television studio space for news programs, radio production facilities, and music recording space. This facility will include the dedicated media center for FOMAT 32, which, after it is finished, can be revamped into additional editing and media production facilities. Cargo and logistics spaces will also ensure prompt delivery and receiving of media-related products.

Finally, a large stadium and culture hall will cap the FOMAT City. The stadium will host up to 78,000 people for concerts and the like and will be next to the malls, allowing ample space for as many people as possible to enjoy FOMAT in person. The stadium will also have concessions and the like alongside a dedicated media room that can connect to the more significant media center outside the stadium. The stadium will also have its dedicated transport facilities. The culture hall attached to the stadium will also have sports-related facilities like dedicated gyms for specific sports, cardiovascular gym facilities, various performing arts performance areas, and more to encourage people to hang out in these areas more.

The central government in Kasaema has provided funding for FOMAT City alongside national and regional investment banks. National banks have also secured loans, and international bank loans for FOMAT City are expected to be secured. When FOMAT ends, this city will turn into a new downtown area with additional residential and commercial structures being made outside the originally planned area, encouraging more development. The project is in three phases (the stadium, culture hall, and media studio, then the residential and hospital area, then the commercial space), with all phases supposed to be complete by the next FOMAT in 5602 (with the phases supposed to be complete by 5585, 5595 and 5602).
