Communication from the Government of the Kundrati Union (of Tiberius Claudius Aroain)

Due to the ongoing internal rebellion, it is currently unsafe to allow regular travel through our exclusive economic zone, airspace and through our borders. Due to the seizure of the state of Lirnak, which borders neighboring Dundorf, by the Kundrati Legion-aligned forces we hereby order the following:

• All of our exclusive economic zones, borders in the sea, air and land, alongside all airspace throughout the Kundrati Union, shall close.
  
• Ships, aircraft, or persons that attempt to cross through the border or EEZ in any way must contact an authorized representative of the Interior Ministry for permission to do so, ro must present documents that can be verified that they have special permission to cross or enter through our territory. It is up to the Interior Ministry or the Office of the President of Kundrati whether these persons or cargo can stay and for how long they can do so.
  
• All ships, aircraft, or persons that attempt to cross through the border or EEZ in any way, without seeking permission in any way or providing documents that can be verified, or refuse to do so once prompted, will be liable to seizure or arrest. Soldiers and persons patrolling these areas who are unable to detain these individuals or cargo shall have permission to shoot to kill, or shoot to destroy, said persons or cargo.
  
• This order shall remain active for an indefinite period pending a notice by the Office of the President that revokes this order. Orders arising from the Kundrati Legion or their aligned government shall not be recognized.
  AS OF 24 MARCH 5587
