SUPREME COUNCIL ANNOUNCES WINNING PROPOSALS FOR NEW NATIONAL ANTHEM AND MOTTO

However, the proposal still has to be formally adopted as a constitutional amendment

The proposal adopted is a workers' song from the days of the United Workers' Front. It is intended to reflect the socialist and egalitarian character of the republic since the introduction of the new constitution. Only the first stanza will be sung at usual occasions.
