Reconsideration of relations with Kundrati; Sunshine Policy shines through.

The Sunshine Policy was able to befriend Luthori and Vascania, and it has shown that the best way to eliminate enemies is to befriend them. And then comes the curious case of Kundrati. Another state that is hostile to Beitenyu. As war rages on, more allies will always be needed and it seems that there in lies an opportunity. As it stands, Kundrati presents a golden opportunity to reduce the influence of Beitenyu, but it remains utterly hostile to Kalistan. A nation that Xsampa has had few ties with in the past. Yet one cannot deny that the nation holds imperialism near and dear. It is commendable for opposing imperialism in Seleya, but it is also recognized that Kalistan does conduct imperialism on its own continent. Such a precedent is dangerous for the Seleyan Proletariat.

As such, a new approach is needed. It is pointless to continue the shunning of Kundrati, and it is often for the best to recognize that things change. As such, the current Legionary State of Kundrati will formally be recognized by the Democratic Republic of Xsampa. It is recognized that the Legionary State has been chosen by the people of Kundrati, and are legal representatives of the will of the people. Alongside this, solidarity will be shared with our comrades facing Kalistani imperialism, both in Seleya and abroad. While imperialism from them is low in Dovani, the international proletariat cannot be neglected. As such, while ties with this imperialistic power are minor, they shall be severed. Any existing embassies will be closed and any trade that exists will be ceased, and an embargo will be placed until imperialism is dissolved. 

As such, whether it be in Dovani, Artania or Seleya, imperialism of all flags and colours must be opposed. For that, we must be open to friends of the proletariat where they appear. And in this case, Kundrati has showcased that it presents a rather unorthodox approach to uplifting the proletariat, but still an approach. As such, they must be supported. While it's questioned if they can be considered comrades, it is clear that they are victims of foreign imperialism and we must support them. As such, they shall be considered friends from the People's Committee of Foreign Affairs. This means open cooperation with Kundrati is on the table and will be done. Whether it be expanded trade or military cooperation, Xsampa will stand in solidarity with Kundrati, and Kundrati will stand in solidarity with Xsampa. They will have full Xsampan recognition, and support. In exchange, it is expected that Kundrati will support Xsampa in any endeavors that is required.
