President Aleksić warns Kalopia that prevention of aid is "Red line" for Deltaria

President Dražen Aleksić has instructed Foreign Minister Nikola Hrnjkaš to inform the Kalopian government that any attempts to obstruct Deltarian or Deltarian allied vessels from providing humanitarian aide would be "...crossing a red line." The message sent to the Kalopian Foreign Ministry as an official diplomatic communique comes at a time when Kanjor has begun providing aid to Solentian refugees in Quanzar, one of the post-war states in Istalia. The President's message comes at a time when the famine in Solentia has continued and untold numbers have died. Deltarian humanitarian aid has largely been relegated to the government of the Ahmadi Union controlled areas and has been provided by members of the Deltarian Armed Forces, in addition, the Deltarian Air and Air Defense Forces have begun conducting drops of aid in more remote areas and near refugee camps at great risk to themselves. Officials from the Ministry of Defense have cited increased contact with the Ahmadi Union controlled government as a means of providing aid. Privately, and through other channels has highlighted that they are disappointed with the behavior of the Kalopia's and that the "intervention" into Solentia has been a complete failure for Kalopia, which has stretched their already relatively minor armed forces to their breaking point, according to a leaked assessment from the Defense Intelligence and Security Agency, the military intelligence agency of Deltaria.
