瑩大磖大同之 中興 宣言
DECLARATION OF THE RESTORATION OF THE YINGDALAN COMMONWEALTH
The Master declared:
<<臨之以莊、則敬、孝慈、則忠、擧善而教不能、則勸。>>
"Let the Sovereign preside over the People with gravity;—then they will revere him. Let him be filial and kind to all;—then they will be faithful to him. Let him advance the good and teach the incompetent;—then they will eagerly seek to be virtuous."
Our Celestial Empire has been bereft of such good governance because the corrupt, debased, and noxious agents of the Republican movement have undermined and usurped the rightful power from His Majesty, who carries the rightful Mandate of Heaven. The incident of July 23 proves that fate has ordained the destiny of the continued existence of the Republic to be that of chaos, impropriety, disorder, moral degeneracy, and misery for the Yingdalan people. We can only be saved once society is reformed in the proper order, which necessitates the complete restoration of the Imperial Monarchy.
Therefore, I, Cou Mong, but a humble servant of His Heavenly Majesty, Ruler of the Celestial Empire and All Under Heaven, Emperor Wu Fangxun (武放勳), courtesy name Jiu, do formally declare:
That the United Republic of Yingdala is to be permanently ABOLISHED, and in its place re-established

That His Heavenly Majesty, Ruler of the Celestial Empire and All Under Heaven, Emperor Wu Fangxun (武放勳), courtesy name Jiu, first enthroned in the year 5454, be reinstated in his full capacities as the Head of State and Emperor of Yingdala and given all honors as a Spirit Tablet until the Imperial Bloodline nobly reveals a worthy successor among the living,
That the capital be relocated from Tian'an to Kaizhou, and the Imperial Palace and the Sprit Tablet of His Heavenly Majesty the Emperor interred in Singping Hall at Afong Palace
That the central government relocate to Afong Palace in Kaizhou to serve His Majesty's Court
And that a Constitutional Convention shall be held in due order with the intervention and guidance of His Majesty and Heaven to govern the land with righteousness and propiety
Until such time as a Constitution may be rendered effective, I henceforth declare that I, in my position as Grand Regent, shall rule by issue of decree, effective at promulgation and overriding any previous law in full power
