EMERGENCY: SHELTER IN PLACE IMMEDIATELY; REPEAT, MANDATORY EMERGENCY ORDER

Attention! A shelter in place order has been given for all citizens in the Canton of Karoboro. Any and ALL citizens within a 10 Kilometer Radius of Metz-Leonid are ordered to shelter in place. 
REPEAT; SHELTER IN PLACE IS MANDATORY 

Emergency Response Forces are being mobilized immediately. Shelter in place immediately. Ration all food and thoroughly clean every ounce of food and clothing of radiation.

It has been confirmed. Metz-Leonid, the capital of Xsampa, the capital of the Worker's Revolution in Xsampa and home to some 5 million Xsampans is no more. The whereabouts of several thousand Xsampans is unknown. The General-Secretary is presumed to be dead. Metz-Leonid has been nuked.

ATTENTION;
A State of Emergency has been declared. A emergency government has been established in Bajoum and all XDA Assets are being recalled home for immediate stabilization efforts. The Central Committee has been reorganized and will address the nation in the coming days. A quarantine order has been authorized for the Canton of Karoboro.

Casualties are still unknown but presumed to be high. The General-Secretary, Comrade Aurousseau is presumed to be among the casualties, alongside several prior members of the Central Committee.

All emergency forces are being recalled and positioned to assist Karoboro. It is advised for ANY and ALL civilians within the Karoboro Canton to seek immediate shelter in place, and await help from authorities. It is recommended that any survivors from Metz-Leonid seek immediate medical attention, irregardless of obvious wounds. Whether it be burns or contamination, medical attention is needed immediately. Bordering Cantons are ordered to seek immediate medical attention and watch for air quality dips, radiation spikes and contamination.

Alongside the confirmed usage of a nuclear weapon in Metz-Leonid, several smaller non-nuclear missiles were confirmed to have hit Northern Xsampa.

The People's Committee of Information will follow in solidarity on this State of Emergency and cease all foreign reportings until the State of Emergency is over, and until all survivors in Karoboro are recovered/ until the situation is stabilized.
