Kalistan: Anantonese Security Community

This Treaty is designed to create a new Anantonese Security Community.

Founding Nations shall be listed as:
* The Anantonese Empire (Kalistan and Gaduridos)
* United Kingdom of Lourenne
* Commonwealth of Lodamun

Other Members immediately eligible for membership are those nations bordering the Northern and Central Anantonese Ocean, Including
SAUS Baltusia
Empire of Dolgava
Kiezenia
Republic of Egelion
Seko
Statrica
Vorona

PURPOSE
To provide a mechanism for coordination on maritime patrols, intelligence sharing, and defense against external threats.

PEACE AND NEUTRALITY

1. All Member States will agree to remain at peace with all other member states
   
2. All Member States will support nonintervention within the Security Community by external states
   
3. All Member States will acknowledge the Sovereignty of all other member states, to include bilateral agreements between member states and external states
   

MARITIME PATROLS

1. All Member States will make all ports available to all other member states for refueling, resupplying
   
2. All Member States may conduct unilateral naval operations and patrols in both the Northern and Central Anantonese Ocean unhindered
   
3. All Member States will look forward to opportunities to train with one another to conduct regional security.
   

INTELLIGENCE SHARING

1. A Multi National Intelligence Clearinghouse will be created for Nations to supply Intelligence to other Member States
   
2. Member States will share security based surveillance
   
3. Member States will make available territory to establish radar bases and security surveillance, and all information obtained in another member state will be shared with the entire Community
   

DEFENSE AGAINST EXTERNAL THREATS

1. All member states will work together to resist military aggression upon any part of the region from any external actor
   
2. All member states will prioritize regional integrity against all military units from external nations and shall not permit external nations to conduct operations in the Northern or Central Anantonese Oceans unless those operations are in coordination with a member state
   
3. All member states will work to prevent invasion of any part of the region by any external state.
   

RATIFICATION

1. A member state may join upon normal treaty ratification processes in their respective national legislatures.
   
2. No state not listed above as an Anantonese Nation shall ratify this treaty. None of the provisions of this Treaty will have any force outside the region, even if an external state does ratify it.
