Luthori Enacts "War Measures Act"; entering war against Kundrati.

Fort William, Luthori - Prime Minister, Lord Northminster has announced that the Luthorian Empire would be declaring a state of war to be existing between the Kundrati Legion State and the Luthorian Empire, the Prime Minister stated before Parliament, that it was 'important' for the World to come together before such barbarism and depravity existing on the other side of the Artanian Sea. The Prime Minister has met with the Empress and the Cabinet who both supported Luthori's entry into the War, in the aftermath of a critical naval battle which left both Kalistan, who Luthori followed in its declaration of war and Kundrati.

Fort William announced that the Luthorian Home Territory would be entering a period of 'state of emergency', enacted by Parliament as per with the War Measures Act and that Luthorian troops would soon prepare for the amphibious, although highly difficult, landings in Kundrati, with the goal of toppling the Kundrati regime once and for all.

The Citadel already stated that the Home Fleet has begun to engage the Kundrati Navy with the goal of completely destroying its abilities to wage war on the Artanian Sea and effectively protect the southern Kundrati coastline. The Air Force seems to be engaged in this struggle for both air and naval supremacy over the Artanian Sea, necessary for evek considering making landings in Kundrati.

The War Cabinet, formed as a small committee of senior politicans in Parliament, announced that an order of 'limited mobilization' to both the Home Guard and Luthorian Army will be enacted, with the goal of growing Luthori's Army's current manpower to at 500,000, from the current peacetime 290,000 members.

The War Cabinet is composed of the Prime Minister, Leader of the Opposition, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Shadow Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, both Shadow and Government Secretaries of State for Defence and both Shadow and Government Home Secretaries. The top military leaders are also present in the War Cabinet's meetings to brief the Luthorian strategy to win the war with the minimal casualties possible.

Already, reports states that the Northern Fleet will be used in a joint effort with the Home Fleet to bombard the remaining Kundrati fleet into oblivion.

The Prime Minister's Office also announced that a temporary press censorship will be put into place, as per with the provisions of the War Measures Act.
