DALIBOR IS OUR LAND! A PROCLAMATION OF YINGDALA'S REASSERTION OF SOVEREIGNITY OVER ITS RIGHTFUL TERRITORY
The Heritage of the Imperial State, which is being revived and rectified through the Cultural Rejuvenation, is a glorious one of Ten Thousand Years. Ten thousand lands have long before bowed in reverence and tribute to the Celestial Throne, and today they shall do so once more. Of these subservient states that have recognized the glory and superiority of Yingdala, key among them has been Dalibor, which was once allowed autonomous governance as a filial state due to the old and proper veneration given to the Imperial Throne in days past. However, in the complete abandonment of these valued principles and a backstabbing of trust, the uproarious regime in Dalibor now defies His Majesty and attempts to destroy the natural order by rejecting the endless grace and benevolence of Imperial suzerainty.
This barbaric insult to Heaven cannot stand. Therefore Heaven and His Imperial Majesty the Emperor have convened and ordained that the existence of an autonomous Dalibor cannot be permitted in this world.
The Exalted Celestial Empire of Yingdala henceforth today:
REASSERTS its complete and total territorial integrity over both sides of the Dalibor Strait and that Dalibor is the Sixth Province of the Exalted Celestial Empire alongside Min, Anle, Shu, Han, and Jiaozhi
ANNEXES COMPLETELY the so-called "Republic of Dalibor" and all rebellious territories therein pledging allegiance to that formerly autonomous power as territorial units of the sovereign Exalted Celestial Empire
APPOINTS Duke Kok Gongwaa (郝江華) to govern Dalibor as the Sixth Province of Yingdala
SHALL INSTRUCT the civil service and tax office to levy taxes and regulations upon His Majesty's subjects in the Yingdalan Province of Dalibor
ORDAINED by Heaven and His Imperial Majesty Emperor Jiu and carried out humbly by his servant Grand Regent Cou Mong
