In accordance with section 7 of the Game Rules (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.ph...=4#p145764), Luthori is a "culturally protected" country. Below is the cultural protocol which all players must conform to. Throughout the document, the real-life equivalent is shown in brackets next to the in-game name.

-- OVERVIEW --
Luthori is based on England, although with influences from foreign cultures due to its lengthy history of relatively open cultural integration system (inspired from America’s Melting Pot – with Luthorian culture at its center, but other cultures being added in addition to it). Historically, the country controlled a vast colonial empire that included portions of Dovani, Seleya, Temania and Vascania. Luthori's former colonies have now been independent for centuries though. Furthermore, in recent history, Luthori has begun to encourage immigration from other countries as a way to boost their population. Since 5317, Luthori has been a constitutional monarchy under the House of Orange-Villayn Armstead.
