I would like to request control of Hobrazia. My current plan is to start revealing corruption in Hobrazia which will lead to instability and protests, resulting into military coup. This new military junta will then have to purge the corruption, while maintaining semblence of stability in face of pro-democracy populace, ethnic tensions, and (possible) foreign pressure
