According to our exit poll, by the Dunburg University of Social Sciences, the DSDP and the NDZP will regain their position as the dominant parties of Dundorf, but the Social-Democrats will lead with a smaller margin than expected before NDZP's return, 33% to 29%. DSDP will get 218 seats and the NDZP 191. The newer parties suffered from lack of recognition, says our analyst Thorsten Daubner, with Liberals getting 11% and 72 seats, Greens and Socialists both get 8% and so they both get 53 seats, the Julstoch regionalist party dominates in their region and get a good 7% federal result, bringing Dunburg 43 representatives, while the fringe Thaller Party will fail to enter Bundestag, as expected, says Mr. Daubner.

Thorsten Daubner calls it: "Either a Grand Coalition or a Red-Yellow-Green Coalition are possible, but since the relationship between the Liberals and the Greens isn't optimal, I believe that we will get a Grand Coalition, ending decades of domination by leftist Governments. As for the Presidential election, who knows? It's totally new territory for us."
