My dear representatives,

We acknowledge the statements of Kalistan, Dundorf,  Beluzia, Kalopia, Istalia, and Deltaria. We welcome you all to Villamor and we hear your values.


From the statements at our meeting, we have seemed to reach a consensus on a plan to restore international cooperation. Whether through a carefully crafted, representative  World Congress or individual, regional agreements, I believe that we can succeed to achieve cooperation in a way that should benefit most.

One can say that it is simple to blame the world's issues on imperialism. However, I do believe that the absence of internationalist norms and values had led us to the position we are today. Ambition, arrogance, and the further pursuit of influence has left us in a vulnerable spot. such is the purpose of this meeting. We must accept our vulnerabilities and seek to engage in beneficial discord--failure to do so will result in the futility of this conference and any future global cooperation. War will continue, death will continue, and the absence of order will continue to fill our world. 

Therefore, Egelion is deeply committed towards restoring internationalist norms that foster cooperation. We do not believe in continuing to expand or coddle imperialist means. We need systems, treaties, agreements that guarantee peace and security in our future.

If this conference believes in regional cooperation towards a better future, then Egelion will follow.. If we believe in establishing international institutions such as a renewed World Congress, then Egelion will follow. If the pen and the paper will secure our future, then Egelion will follow. What this kingdom will not pursue is imperialist means or continue to exist in a world without a true, stable order.

We are prepared to begin establishing regional agreements and begin the process of discussing a renewed world congress. I yield.
