Dorvish Peacekeepers assemble on the Likatonia-Lodamun border.
Dorvish officials have confirmed the continued deployment of the Panzer-Division Großdundorf as a peacekeeping force on the border of Likatonia-Lodamun. The deployment of the primary expeditionary unit of the Dorvish Armed Forces has existed for several years now and the rotation of units has been a chance for the Dorvish Armed Forces to keep their metaphorical "feet wet" when it comes to logistics and support. The Dorvish have always placed great emphasis on the support of their missions, even if it meant not being able to deploy large formations of troops such as other nations have done in the past. The Dorvish, at the request of the government of Lodamun, has deployed a significant number of peacekeepers underneath the Supreme General Staff with supporting elements from the Dorvish Navy and the Dorvish Air Force and the Dorvish Feldjager, the Dorvish military police who make up a significant deployment outside the Panzer-Division Großdundorf.
While the focus has been on keeping the peace, the Dorvish alongside their Egelion partners, have been selected to manage a $10b LOD fund for the reconstruction of civilian infrastructure within Likatonia. The Dorvish have begun a survey of the damaged areas and other areas associated with the fund to begin development. The Dorvish government have named Bruno Hössler, a Deputy Dorvish Trade Commissioner as their representative to the fund. While the Dorvish have maintained that they will provide 50% of the funding to Likatonian corporations and businesses, they have agreed to utilize the other 25% for neighboring Seleyan corporations and in the remaining 25% from Dorvish and other Dundorfian based corporations and businesses. The Dorvish Development Bank's branch in Seleya, known as the Dorvish-Seleyan Development Bank (DSDB) has agreed to provide an additional $500m in reconstruction loans to the Likatonian government while several major Dorvish corporations and businesses have signed on to provide assistance in the rebuilding efforts.
