I think I am OK with a 2 month limit for inactive primaries, but would suggest we consider:

At 1 month inactive, a primary can be taken by another player if they request it (e.g. if I am gone for a month, I remain in that seat unless someone asks for the primary spot)
At 2 months inactive, a primary is removed regardless of requests.

How about:

1. Can replace a primary after 1 month of no roleplay if another player requests the slot
   
2. Can remove primaries after 2 months of no roleplay
