TITLE I  ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

Section 1-  National Symbols

I.1.a  The nation's capital city-  Free City of Kaliburg-Port Davon, Grand Duchy of Ananto

I.1.b  The Official National Sport-  Kalistani Football

I.1.c  The National Animal-  Nevaran Black Bear

I.1.d  The National motto-  In Vino Veritas (There is Truth in Wine)

I.1.e  The National Anthem

"Oh, Kalistan"
I honor you, Oh Kalistan, the greatest land of all.
Throughout the entire year, in winter, summer, spring and fall.
I love your fertile valleys; your dear mountains I adore.
From your deep Anantonese and onto your rugged shore.

Where the snow crowned Mountains of the Western Wall
Keep their watch o’er your valleys bloom,
It is there I would be in our land by the sea,
Every breeze bears sweet perfume.

From high atop volcanic peaks, across your vineyards fair.
I honor you, Oh Kalistan, land free of want or care.
Your glow of purple sunsets, your richest skies azure.
I honor you, Oh Kalistan, your people fair and pure.

I salute you here, my Neveras, you are very dear to me.
I call you home, Great Vrassan State, and Old Odufaray.
I dwell in you, fair Suldanor, half your beauties are untold.
But most of all, Ananto, you are my heart of gold.

I love your redwood forests, your fields of yellow grain.
I glory in your summer breezes and gentle winter rain.
God Save you, land of flowers, of honey, fruit and wine.
I honor you, Oh Kalistan; you have won this heart of mine.

It is here nature has made the best,
My home and Native Land,
Right here I'll die, and breathe my last
For Sunny Kalistan.

I.1.f  Singing the national anthem in schools-  Children are never made to sing the national anthem.

I.1.g  National policy regarding the desecration of the national flag-  The national flag may not be used for commercial purposes.

Section 2-  Regime Structure
I.2.a  The official title of subnational entities-  Duchy

I.2.b  Structure of the executive branch-  The Head of State is hereditary and all executive power is vested in the Head of State; the Chancellor of the Empire chairs the Cabinet in the name of the Emperor.

I.2.c  The formal title of the Head of State-  By the Consent of the People, His Imperial Majesty, of the Ancient House of Ananto, Emperor and Sovereign of The Anantonese Empire, Emperor of Ananto, Kalistan, Gaduridos and Lodamun, King of Vintalli, King of Andalay, King of Karzon, King of Sekowo, Grand Duke of Ananto, Duke of Icehaven, Duke of Athosia, Duke of Outannais, Count of Davon, Count of Luxon, Commander in Chief of the Regular Forces of Kalistan, Sovereign and Great Master of the Ancient Order of the Grey Smoke, Sovereign and Grand Master of the Excellent Order of the Anantonese Empire, Sovereign and Grand Master of the Order of Vintalli, Sovereign and Grand Master of the Order of Andalay, Defender of the Realm, Formal Head of the Anantonese Government, Embodiment of the Anantonese Nation, Guarantor of the Anantonese Ocean and Ananto Strait, Fredrick III Ananto.

I.2.d  The appointment of mayors-  The Head of State oversees the appointment of all Lord Mayors.  Ducal Governments appoint all Mayors of Ducal Towns and Villages, as needed.

I.2.e  The title of the head of government, who chairs the cabinet-  Chancellor of the Empire

I.2.f  The title of the national cabinet-  Council of Ministers

I.2.g  Policy on membership in the national cabinet-  Members of the national cabinet must be elected members of the national legislature.

I.2.h  Procedure on the election of the legislative presiding officer-  The President of the National Assembly is a non-Partisan Officer elected by the body of the National Assembly, and merely presides over legislative sessions.

I.2.i  Appointments and requirements for government employees-  Non-elective offices are considered Non-Partisan; The Bureaucracy is appointed and overseen by each Ministry's Respective Minister.

I.2.j  The official title of the legislative assembly-  National Assembly of Deputies

I.2.k  The total number of seats in the legislative assembly-  79

I.2.l  The title of the presiding officer of the national legislature-  Speaker of the Assembly

I.2.m  The salaries of members of parliament and/or government-  Members of parliament and/or government are entitled to a comparatively small salary.

I.2.n  Government policy concerning granting citizenship-  Citizenship is granted to all nationals.

I.2.a  Legality of multiple citizenship-  Multiple citizenship is allowed without further regulations.

I.2.o  Government-issued identity card policy-  Citizens are not issued with identity cards.

I.2.p  Government policy concerning granting nationality (national of this state without implication of having citizenship rights)-  Anyone is able to claim nationality.
