The second 5 year plan announced! Comrade Lazar addresses Politburo during "Sladek" parade!

Our glorious comrade Lazar having recently signed deals with our comrades in arms in Davostag have announced a grand new 5 year plan to begin rejuvenating our nation after the terrific war that was inflicted on us by the world powers, despite their best efforts to annihilate us we remain resolute and refuse to surrender!

The five year plan outlines details for repairing all previously damaged roads, traintracks, and other logistical centers. Included, is the relocation of former Jildrath naval dockyard, the pride of the nations naval production, to the north coast in Peghonai. Comrade Lazar swore that he would rebuild during this period, the full strength of the old navy and more, as he announced the recommissioning of the same Aircraft carrier that aided in the sinking of the Kalistani fleet that dared trespass our waters, which was nearly destroyed in the triumph. New administrative centers and statues of the old comrade Sladek were ordered to be built in every city center, and new portraits with Comrade lazar to be hoisted alongside the eternal comrade Sladek in every school and household.

The issue that nobody has denied is our import and development of agriculture as the satantic powers seek to starve us into submission, and their efforts have as always failed miserably as they continue to underestimate the will of the Legions brothers in arms and Kundrati people. Every household is now mandated for backyard farms of which seeds & fertilizer will be provided by the state distribution centers, new greenhouses and underground agricultural production will take place as the first stage of the 5 year plan. Futhermore, a system of fortifications against the southern coast from the perfidious traitors propped up by Luthori will be erected, including numerous super-heavy artillery guns, bunkers, landmines, and every necessity to safeguard our fatherland. Comrade Lazar gave a speech to the Politburo that was in attendance at the Sladek Day Parade,

"My brothers in arms, we are at the reckoning of a new Era for our fatherland. We have surmounted every difficulty, pulled tight our belts and eradicated poverty, and we will continue to triumph against every foe who dares challenge the most glorious nation on Terra! Our will, our legionary party, and our eternal comrade Sladek have guaranteed the victory, and we must carry on the torch forward everyday, and so it is with great pride I announce our 5 year plan to commence! Millions of swords will be turned to hammers and plowshares, and we will strike the earth and claim its bounty for the good of Kundrati! So forward comrades, to the final victory!" Thousands chanted and cheered during the speech, as marching columns hoisting the banners of the legion and massive portraits of Sladek & Lazar flew as commissariat and army troops goosestepped down the roads of Kaesama, thousands of tanks and hundreds of aircraft participated in the parade, showing we will not be cowed by any nation and we continue to boast the finest soldiers in the world!
