As the crisis continues on, efforts are needed to stabilize and cut down on recruitment efforts for the IDF and KLF. As such, the MacGannon Government has looked to invest into rural communities. It's one thing to stabilize them, but it's not enough. These communities need jobs and stability to trust the government. As such, efforts have begun to provide economic aid to rural communities.
Whether it be Infrastructure, job creation or anything else, there are two goals. Provide economic stability for rural communities, and ensure that the KLF and IDF don't have any means to recruit. As such, the creation of the New Englian Emergency Job Corps (NEEJC) has been created, with the goal of ensuring stable government provides jobs. The NEEJC will focus on constructing rural infrastructure. This not only employes people, keeping them away from the insurgents, but it will also provide economic stability via infrastructure development, which is sorely needed.
These efforts will be vital the restoring trust in the government, and restoring basic economic stability in rural communities. The more the insurgents are snuffed of recruitment possibilities, the better.
