Government unveils massive economic plan
Nowik's cabinet aims for an integral resources strategy targeted Valruzia's main natural resources to boost national economy

Szymon Nowik's government has today announced a massive investment plan with the aim to boost Valruzian economy by targeting Valruzia's main primary resources in order to develop high-quality and necessary products around Terra, citing plane turbines, solar panels, cables, electronic chips, batteries, air turbines, and metal alloys.
Valruzian minister of Industry Janusz Kostecki has appeared today in an official presentation along with Chancellor Szymon Nowik to develop the strategic plan, that will put into use the nation's different resources: copper and nickel, silicon, iron and Rare Terran Metals, along with the small amounts of sulfur.
The minister has first started citing the main uses that could be given to these elements, necessary in many key industries:
Quote:1. Electronic and Technological Industry:
-Copper and RTM: Essential for circuits, cables, electric motors and high-tech components.
-Silicon: Fundamental for the manufacture of chips, solar panels and semiconductors.
-Nickel: Rechargeable batteries (such as lithium-nickel), electronics and advanced alloys.
2. Renewable Energy and Electrification
-Copper and silicon: Key to wind turbines, solar panels and efficient power grids.
-Rare metals: Needed for permanent magnets in wind generators and electric vehicle motors.
3. Metallurgical Industry and Advanced Alloys
-Nickel + iron: Production of stainless steel and high-temperature resistant superalloys (used in aeronautics and energy).
-Copper + rare metals: Conductive and corrosion-resistant alloys.
4. Automotive and Sustainable Transportation
-Batteries: Nickel is crucial for electric vehicle batteries
-Lightweight components: Aluminum-nickel or iron-silicon alloys to reduce weight and improve efficiency.
5. Chemical Industry and Fertilizers
-Sulfur: Used in sulfuric acid for fertilizers and metal processing.
6. Defense and Aerospace Technology
-Rare metals and nickel: Alloys for aircraft turbines, missiles and satellites.
-Copper and iron: electronic components and shielding.
Minister Kostecki has divided Valruzia's industrial plan into 3 different phases, reaching a span of around 30 years. Chancellor Nowik has stated that although 30 years seem like a long timelapse, he hopes that even if Sovereign Valruzia or himself are no longer in government, he hopes that whoever is in charge will continue with what he has called "the plan of the century", that will bring Valruzia back to the forefront of global industry.
According to minister Kostecki, PHASE 1, STRATEGIC INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT, will span 1-10 years and will focus of the following:
-To create niquel-iron-copper-specialised industrial parks for electronic components, wind and aeronautical turbines, high-resistance stainless steel.
-To create semiconductor plants to use silicium and magnets with RTM for electric motors and generators.
-To develop nickel-lithium battery factories for electric vehicles and energy storage.
-To build solar panels thanks tp silicon and conductive metals.
-To use sulfur processing for fertilizers and sulfuric acid, a key product for mining and electronics.
For this purpose, the government will develop a specific economic policy aimed at gain investment and successfully finish the phase to aim for the next one. Among these policies, the minister has included tax incentives for companies that process raw materials locally, aprogressive ban on export of raw rare metals, which will only allow the sale of manufactured products, and the creation of a “Sovereign Fund for Strategic Minerals” to reinvest profits in R&D. With these measures, Sovereign Valruzia places the nation at the core of this plan.
For PHASE 2, TECHNOLOGICAL AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH, aimed at a timespan of 10-20 years, focus of the building of specific institutions to target the materials, citing among them the proposed Valruzian Institute for Advanced Materials (IVMA), National Clean Energy Laboratory (LV-CleanTech) and Center for Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing.
Finally, for the proposed PHASE 3, to last over the next decades, the goals are said to be:
- Recycling of rare metals in order to avoid external dependence.
- Minimize environmental impact of mining with clean technologies.
- Diversification towards aerospace and defense industries with proprietary alloys.
With this plan, named VALRUZIA 5700, the government will target the following industries:

-Chip and integrated circuit manufacturing using silicon and copper.
-Components for telecommunications such as antennas or fiber optics.
-Advanced sensors with rare metals for robotics and defense.
-Displays and touch panels.
2. Batteries and Energy Storage.
-Nickel-lithium (Ni-Li) and solid-state batteries for electric vehicles and power grids.
-Battery recycling by prioritizing recovery of nickel, copper and rare metals.
3. Renewable Energies
-Manufacture of solar panels.
-Wind generators and magnets for turbines.
-Green hydrogen.
4. Automotive and Advanced Transportation.
-Batteries, motors and local electronics for electric vehicles.
-Copper and light alloy catenaries to be used for high-speed trains.
-Strong and light alloys to be used in drones and unmanned aircraft.
5. Advanced Metallurgy and Special Alloys
-Stainless steels and superalloys such as nickel + iron for aeronautics.
-High efficiency conductors with copper and rare metals for electrical networks.
-Composite materials such as silicon and other metals for the aerospace industry.
6. Construction and Smart Infrastructures
-High conductivity cables.
-Windows and solar coatings.
7. Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry
-Nanomaterials for medicine (metal oxides for cancer treatments).
-Next-generation fertilizers (processed sulfur for agriculture).
8. Aerospace & Defense
-Satellites and space components (light and heat-resistant alloys).
-Military sensors and secure communications (rare metals for stealth technology).
-Surveillance drones and missiles (advanced electronics and efficient engines).
9. Circular Economy and Sustainable Mining
-Rare metal recycling (from e-waste and batteries).
-Mine rehabilitation (with silicon for solar panels on mining sites).
Now, the government will also seek a compromise from all parties in the Sejm parliament in order to assure that this plan, or at least its main core, is not changed and continues its development regardless of the sign of the national government.
This plan is also assured to attract many international investors, although Chancellor Nowik has already said that Sovereign Valruzia will always defend the nation as the main actor, and any foreign company wishing to invest in the project shall know that in advancement and whilst they will be allowed to do so and will get incentives indeed for this, foreign companies will not be allowed to get a majority share of this project, but will be taken into account for future developments, especially if they are national public companies and not private companies.
