Bilateral agreement between Istalia and Hutori: new commercial and cooperation opportunities

ROMULA - Istalia and Hutori have signed an important bilateral treaty aimed at promoting free trade and intensifying commercial exchanges and economic and fiscal cooperation between the two countries. The agreement, the result of long negotiations started by the Monaldi government and completed by the current executive led by Minister Secretary of State Annalisa Saragat, represents a significant step in the consolidation of economic relations between the two nations.

Thanks to this treaty, Istalia gains access to a new market of primary importance for the export of its products, guaranteeing new opportunities for businesses and sustainable economic growth. But the most relevant aspect concerns access to strategic resources such as oil and natural gas. Specific measures have been negotiated to ensure a stable supply of these essential resources to Italy, thus enabling the country to strengthen its energy security.
The treaty will promote the increase of trade values and a progressive reduction of duties and tariffs. New common rules for customs and excise will reduce barriers and bureaucratic delays, while the fiscal agreement will prevent double taxation and promote cooperation in fiscal supervision to combat tax evasion and money laundering.

At the same time, the government announced a strategic agreement with IPG (Istaliana Petroli e Gas SpA), a newly established company born from the reorganization and merger of four companies in the fuel and lubricants sector spun off from IMERIN. IPG and the Government have already outlined plans for joint investments in the Terebbìa and Argintera refineries, the two main refining hubs of the country, with the aim of increasing national production and also positioning itself as an international leader in the sector.

In addition to the economic aspects, the treaty with Hutori opens the doors to broader cooperation also on the diplomatic and military level. The geopolitical affinities between the two countries have facilitated the signing of a memorandum of understanding, which provides for the coordination of efforts to protect common interests in an increasingly complex and challenging international context.

Marking the beginning of such a cooperation, Hutori has agreed to sell to Istalia two missile guided destroyers to be decommissioned from the Hutorian Royal Navy: the two destroyers will undertake works of modernizations before to enter service into the Istalian Navy. The Minister of Defense explained that waiting for the further development and built of new units, these two destroyers will responds to the current need of the Defense now that Majatra seems about to fall into a new continental crisis after the news coming from Deltaria.

The situation in Deltaria was obviously one of the most discussed topics during the signing meeting between Minister Secretary Saragat and Prime Minister Michael Kensington, who both said they were concerned about the deterioration of the situation. With a joint official statement, although Istalia and Hutori condemn the attempted coup, they could not avoid underlining the responsibilities of Emperor Slavko and its absolutistic and authocratic rule, inviting the Imperial Government of Deltaria to reopen to pluralism and listen to the voice of the people to avoid an immense bloodshed with the risk of reopening ethnic and religious fractures in the country.

With this historic agreement, Istalia thus strengthens its position on the global stage, consolidating strategic ties that will help ensure stability and economic development in the long term.
