Following and in the context of a quick 1-1 with Zanz on Discord, just laying out a few thoughts:

- Forum is the place where the RP is happening
- Site is where the RP is visualised
- Discord is where the RP is alerted/discussed
- Buckets for the RP (aka library and portals)
- Places for the RP (aka news and maps)
- Forum has too many places, impractical to scrap everything (i.e. conferences)
- Site relies mostly on forum data, which creates bottlenecks in building/debugging
- Discord is not personalised, can't provide user-centric activity feeds with current setup
- Portals - can't really finish them, I keep stumbling on missing library stuff (see below)
- Maps - we can activate, but it will be limited
- News - got unlucky releasing a major upgrade during a time of really low levels of posting
- Overall for first iteration think it's fine, so no need to intervene further on layout/styling/architecture
- TBD options (i.e. types of resources) - do we really need this?
- TBD orgs - it's been implemented, it needs a 1-day refactor to sync up with new docket system
- TBD unions (i.e. Empire of Canrille) - think we don't need this yet, this also implies an extension of the controllers mechanism
- TBD dynasties (i.e. House of Orleans-Vasser) - think we can live without this for a long time, the idea is it will allow players not only to maintain current figures, but to also assign Heads of State on portals, etc
- TBD equivalents - we're gonna need this, especially for cultures, fairly simple to make
- TBD religions - same as equivalents, but I'd say a little bit on the secondary?
- TBD world (hall of woulievens) - complete the refactor with the new docket system to restore the continents part
- TBD cultures (hall of polites) - this one's a real pickle
- TBD maps (hall of zanz) - just add bodies of water and global maps, really simple to make - everything else will go to portals
