UCP Wins Elections, Must Bargain Wth Hardline Nationalists or Liberal Dems
UCP leader and provisional government head Joshua Conway had a lot to smile about on Election night after results showed that the UCP would win the most seats. Now, he faces the challenge of negotiating to form a government with either the far right nationalists or the center left Liberal Democrats. Circumstances favor the Liberals, as the nationalists have been very critical of the DU, which is not ideal due to the war that the DU states are in currently. Conway will likely serve as Prime Minister due to his having run the country since the foundation of the provisional government that has pulled the country out of anarchy. Below is a graph of the results of the election:

Union of Conserative Peoples: 42 seats
Liberal Democratic Party: 31 seats
Socialist Worker’s Movement: 16 seats
Nationalist Movement: 9 seats
Unaffiliated Independents: 3 seats
