After several more years of work and development in Egelion's ports, the Royal Directory of the Armed Forces was happy to announce the completion of the Second Armada Fleet. The second armada, known as the Fleet of Yadraz (the location of its construction), consists of 5 Amateria-Class Frigates, 5 Yadraz-Class Destroyers, 5 Formoselle-Class Frigates, 3 Kinea-Class Reconnaissance ships and 5 mixed-support vessels ranging from tankers, logistics vessels, and patrol ships. In total, the hundred billion dollar fleet, funded in part by the Royal Government and private institutions, has made its way onto the high seas.

The Royal Directory stated that the new Yadraz Armada will take over the Northern Armada's spot at Egelion's naval base in Braknov, Nadiya. Egelion's base called Punto Norte, or "North Point", will be able to house the ships and men of the Yadraz Armada and begin constant patrols within the northern White Ocean. The fleet has been instructed to ensure that global shipping routes are kept safe and protected considering the future expansion of Grupo Ortega's maritime trading fleet.

King Romulo was in the City of Yadraz this afternoon to send off the Armada under his good graces to their next top in Cartablanca. Thousands of family members, government officials, and members of the press were at the event to celebrate a huge moment for the Egelian armed forces. While the high from a new armada is still around, several citizens in the city of Yadraz, Altea, Norterra, and Libertaria have begun to complain about the dent the construction of the new Armada has caused on the Royal Treasury. A new deficit of 12 billion dollars now exists according to recent estimates at the Royal Court. While King Romulo has passed several positive social welfare reforms, rebuilt Altea into a neoclassical haven, and has returned prestige to the armed forces, he has yet to answer on how to return Egelion's finances towards a more positive route.
