Bueno... I'm not sure about the fighting strength of the other fellers here. Lo que pasa with the Militia is, estos chicos may be pretty enthusiastic, as you will see once they all get formed up.  Whole lot of grab ass and lollygaggin around, sabes?  But I would like to caution you against using them as regular infantry.  

I say that because while we do have a good number of infantry, their specialty is more, shall we say, specialized techniques.  We just came off a training evolution with the Suldanor guys at the Mountain Warfare Training Center up at Lhasa...  lots of rope bridges, rappelling, ice climbing, bouldering, squad tactics, advance unit tactics, demolitions, eh, ya sabes, MOUT stuff, clearing buildings, and special weapons drills.  Les gusta chingar la mierda, you know what I'm saying?

Esto Punto, and lo siento for smoking in here.  Point is, these guys ain't your typical squad-rush sorta hombres...  they...  well, they're kind of unhinged in a lot of ways, sabes.  Loco en the cabeza, sabes?  They like to blow things up, like to ambush people, like to drop in behind the enemy and f--k sh-- up---  er...  excuse my Canrillaise...  they like to "bring the pain to some fascist ain", sabes lo que digo?  They move fast, they do better when they are moving, but when they get bogged down, I'm gonna say they ain't your best option.  Because the Militia trains to be mobile.

I can't quite tell from your battle plans there, but I think if I'm reading that right, you got the Militia in frontal assault.  And I am not convinced that's gonna do anything but grind these chicos up.  Ya sabes, eh...  Jefe...
