Finance minister Hegiya says Bianjie is open to businesses around the world

Following the announcement of negotiations between the Luthorian Martwick-Alchester Banking Corporation and the South Dovanian government, regarding former's investment and the creation of a subsidiary branch in the Dovanian country, MABC CEO has also came out and spoke his company's intention to enter Bianjian market as well, but due to the "heavily-regulated economy", it turned off MABC's hopes of creating a subsidiary branch in the near future.

Later this week, Bianjian finance minister, Makata Hegiya (SPP) spoke about the state of the economy, foreign investment, and MABC CEO's statements, exclusively for Radio Gemun. "I want to it perfectly clear for businesses inside our own country and beyond, including those in Luthori: we are open for business, we are open for cooperation and talking about the near future, but at the same time, I want my colleagues in the financial sector to understand that as a government, it is our duty to fight for our own interests, including those of works inside those very same financial structures", Hegiya said during the afternoon show on Radio Gemun. "In negotiations, we will always fight for the best deals for our country, and for the workers who make these businesses possible," Hegiya asserted. "That’s not just a matter of business—it’s a matter of fairness. The strength of our economy is built on the strength of our people. We will ensure that the deals we enter into reflect that principle."

Looking towards the current and the future state, Hegiya about the need to push for reforms to ensure that Bianjian economy was sustainable and inclusive. She stressed that the continued development of key industries such as energy, technology and agriculture were important areas for foreign investment, while at the same time, it was important to protect domestic interests. "Bianjie is not and will never be a place for quick profit, Bianjie is about long-lasting partnerships. We are looking for companies that are not only interested in growing their own bottom lines but also in contributing to the growth and stability of Bianjie and its people", finance minister said.
