Elections have come and gone, and the Social Democrats have expanded their already large majority. The leadership of Prime Minister Bonaventūra Krauze has steered Dolgava with a steady hand, and the people of Dolgava are very content with the leadership of the Social Democrats.

 
DPP: 23.8% - 45 seats
DKP:  11.1% - 21 seats
DSP: 65.1% % - 123 seats
Others/Independents: 0.1% - 0 seats

Bonaventūra Krauze and her party had expected to win, and to win in similar margins of victory as 5 years ago, however in a situation that has not happened in decades, the ruling party has expanded their majority. This is a major win for the Social Democrats, and has further bolstered calls for more progressive reform inside of Dolgava. Krauze made a statement today calling for a renewed push for reform in Dolgava, especially as those in her party are calling for promises to be made she said

Change does not happen overnight. Change can be slow, but tonight the people of Dolgava have given me and this government a mandate to shape Dolgava to a better, more prosperous state for all Dolgavans. Together we will push for a child tax credit, and guaranteed maternity leave for all Dolgavan workers. Together we will push finally for Universal Healthcare for all Dolgavan citizens. Together we will ensure that wages are fair, and that the working and middle class are protected. Together we will form a second legislature, and ensure that government transparency and accountability are what drives the decisions of this nation's leaders. Together we will stand with our allies against Fascism, and we will stand against tyranny. Together we will continue to do all of this, and I thank you all for the confidence and support!

The Social Democrats have done something that few governments have done in decades, and expanded their majority. This comes as Dolgavans support the government as tensions continue to rise worldwide, especially in Artania. To support the existing government is a clear sign that Dolgavans want stability and a competent government.
