Imperial Household announces Emperor and Empress' state visit to Hutori.

Fort William - The Imperial Household has today, announced that Emperor Richard II and Empress Valeria would be undertaking their first major state visit in the Kingdom of Hutori. In over 16 years of reign over Luthori, His Imperial Majesty's reign was characterised by the frictions in the so-called "Special Relationship" that Luthori and Hutori continues to enjoy to this day, under Luthorian Prime Minister Hall and Hutorian Prime Minister Woodbury, the relationship was characterised by a feeling of distrust installing between Luthori and Hutori, fuelled by both Prime Minister Hall and Woodbury's personal dislike for each other. Nevertheless, the relationship between the House of Orange-Villayn and the House of Steuart-Carmichael in Hutori remained strong, with the Emperor remaining in contact with family members in Hutori, such as King Alexander III and King Charles III at his reign's debut.

The Luthorian royals' visit to Hutori marks the first state visit of importance to the nation ever since the reign of Empress Katherine and her previous visit to Hutori. The Emperor is expected to make a "groundbreaking" visit by Luthorian standards, with the Emperor being allowed to address the upper house of the Hutorian Parliament, the Senate. According to Hutorian customs, it is rare for a foreign head of state to address Parliament in an address, the personal request from the Emperor to King Alexander for an address before the Senate had been granted by His Royal Majesty, where the Emperor is expected to make an address relating to Luthori's relationship with Hutori, the unbreakable bond that ties the two countries together, be it through royalty, the shared culture and history and the future of this relationship, that is expected to be reminded by stories of Luthorian and Hutorian troops fighting together, side by side, during the Second Kundrati War.

The King and the Emperor are scheduled to remain together in an audience for thirty minutes, where matters of high importance between the two monarchs will be discussed. The Emperor is expected, at the King's invitation, to meet the Hutorian Prime Minister (currently Mrs. Rosalyn Woodbury) for an audience of twenty minutes, where, the two or three (no informations upon King Alexander III's presence at this entrevue at this moment) would discuss matter of "high importance" in the bilateral Hutori-Luthorian relationship, with the Emperor-King playing the role of "intermediary" between Fort William and Bekenial.

King Alexander III and the Hutorian Royal Family would host an State Dinner in order to properly welcome their guests, at this state dinner, Emperor Richard II and King Alexander III are expected to arrive together, as well as the Queen Madeline and Empress Valeria. Invitations at the State Dinner were given to guests pre-selected by the Imperial Household (Luthori) and the Royal Household (Hutori), with the two monarchs rubber stamping selections before invitations are sent. Politicians, diplomats, actors, head of charities and even influencers have been invited to the Royal Banquet, with examples such as famous Viewtubers Kyle and Maria, totaling up to 7 millions subscribers on the platform, one Luthorian immigrated to Hutori and an Hutorian who both compares things coming up in both nations and increasing awareness of the distinctions of both Luthorian and Hutorian cultures to the greater public, with fantastic success, both are expected to meet with the Emperor in a private audience during the State Dinner, alongside other personalities handpicked for this event. The Emperor and King would both give addresses during this dinner.

The Emperor and Empress are planned during this visit to also meet and address one of Luthori's darkest history, being the colonial rule that shaped the modern Hutori into its fundamentals, Emperor Richard and especially Empress Valeria, known for her not-so-hidden progressive beliefs and thoughts, were keen on meeting with the main heads of the remaining Maschcara tribes in Hutori in an audience, the Emperor would also travel to Falrstan, where he'll be greeted by the Lieutenant Governor of Falrstan and the Falrstan Premier and will address to a delegation of Maschcara representatives sent to meet the royal couple, following this, the Luthorian monarch is expected to deliver an address following these audiences, numerous Maschcara expects that the visit "bring something more than dull words that means nothing", while the Luthorian Empire is popular with "Setterlist Hutori", the descendents of Luthorian and foreign settlers in Hutori, it is not so much with the Maschcaras, that remember Luthori's colonial atrocities and the destruction of some of their culture and people under Sir John Bekenial and Sir John Carter's early colonial authority in Hutori.

The Empress is expected to meet with organisations defending the rights of minorities, oppressed women, children and anti-poverty organisation in Hutori, alongside with Queen Madeline, the Empress, known for her deep engagements with these causes in Luthori seems to have an understanding that for the greater good, collaboration between these said organisations must happen, and that is the role of the Crown, to bring more people together to work for the greater good. Finally, the Emperor and Empress are expected to complete their tour by visiting the Grand Duchy of Kenai, where, as in Falrstan, the royal couple would be greeted by the Lieutenant-Governor and the Premier, in opposition to Falrstan, the Emperor would give an address in both Luthorian and Canrillaise to the Kenai Legislature, signaling the need for the Monarchy to "open itself" to other cultures and civilisations other than Luthorian, the Emperor and Empress are then expected to have audiences with representatives of Luthorian-Canrillaise cultural organisations and Canrillaise representatives to conclude this visit.

Emperor Richard II is also expected to come with the Government's new appointed Luthorian High Commissioner in Hutori, Dame Sarah Wolfes, an Hutorian by birth, but Luthorian through her father, replacing outgoing High Commissioner, Sir Timothy Falcelles, who is retiring from the post to become the High Commissioner in Mordusia.
