Liore prepares to open its markets for worldwide investments, reverting decades-long isolation protectionism of PFL, PM Mbaya announced

New government under the leadership of a technocrat Hodari Mbaya begins to deliver first major reforms following the appointment less than a year ago. PM Mbaya during a meeting with regional governors spoke about his first year as the chief of government, achievements the new coalition has achieved and what is there more planned. One of the planned major reforms that the new government has been working on and will present soon, according to the PM Mbaya is a liberalisation of the economy, after the Patriotic Front regime has been exercing extreme levels of protectionism for decades. At the same time, Mbaya reaffirmed his government's committment to the workers right, adding that the government will fight for the "best interests of the workers, not corporations".

Mbaya's government vision involve slow but detailed audit of all state-owned enterprises and reevaluation of the reasons as to why the government still owns it; if the conclusion is negative, the government will proceed towards a privatisation of the enterprise, with a months prior notice to all of its workers about the process, to give time to find new jobs, with government's help; if, however, the conclusion is positive, government will look into what could be done about improving the conditions of workers in the state-owned enterprises and what could be done to make services better, more affordable and profitable for the government.

Prime Minister Mbaya also announced that the federal government is going to increased funding for the regions, especially rural ones, to decrease inquality, and allow for more opportunities and investments to arrive in "usually forgotten and distant places" of Liore, a topic close to PM's heart, as he himself was born in a rural county.
