Expansion of the Trans-Seleyan Railway to San Luis completed; Delays prevented thanks to foreign assistance.

The Trans-Seleyan Railway has been the pinnacle of cooperation in Seleya, and for Baltusia, a vital economic lifeline. So when the Real Deal saw infrastructure focuses, the TSR was the first priority. Pushing the Railway from Sna Luis all the way westwards to the Valruzian border. While this certainly isn't the last infrastructure project, it is the first of many. And it will be invaluable to expanding the middle class, cementing it and allowing it to thrive. It will be vital to the Real Deal, and to fostering stronger relationships with other Seleyan states. The Real Deal will continue healing the economy, but what we can expect besides infrastructure investments is a focus on the middle class, continued exploitation of natural resources and diversification of the economy, and institutional reforms such as healthcare and education.
