In a landmark agreement that solidifies one of the most significant military partnerships, Hutori and Kalistan have signed a $10.5 billion HD arms deal, which will see 230 HF-18 Knight naval fighters delivered to Kalistan over the next ten years.
The contract, finalized this morning in Bekenial at the Department of National Defence headquarters, was signed between Horizon Technology, Hutori’s premier aerospace and defence manufacturer, and senior officials from the Kalistani Defence Ministry. The deal is being hailed as one of the largest single export agreements in Hutorian defence history and a further deepening of the strategic relationship between the two nations.
The HF-18 Knight and its variants were developed by Horizon Technology for the Royal Hutorian Navy (RHN) and the Royal Hutorian Air Force (RHAF) before they were replaced by the HF-35 that is fielded today.
