Requesting that Nsanlosa has its lingua franca changed from Swahili to German, just like it previously was (see for current situation: Nsanlosa)

Reason:
Back when the change was implemented i already raised concerns over the impact on existing RP. What i had done till then is use Nsanian history as a former Hulstrian colony as the basis for the use of German as lingua franca. Similarly to how former french colonies tend to use french as their lingua franca. I still see/saw a very important role for local languages, like Swahili and Chichewa, using these languages to show the clear cultural depth of the nation and also use it for RP (for example, all names i used were swahili, some newspapers were using Swahili names and i intended for cultural sites to embrace their local language). However, the german would continue to be a language that was used to communicate on a national level, with the many ethnic groups becoming accustomed to using the language, instead of using Swahili (which i saw as the language of the majority, but certainly not as the language that all other (minority) groups would use to communicate). 

The Hulstrian legacy can also be seen in the religious makeup of the country, as the majority is Hosian, with me RPing that hosianism was brought to Nsanlosa by Hulstrians back during those times. Ahmadism, in combination with folk religion, were to be the religion that was originally present in Nsanlosa, with the majority of Nsanians slowly converting to Hosianism over the next few hundred years. 

All in all, i think there is a significant basis for German as the lingua france of Nsanlosa, with a still important role for Swahili, Chichewa and other local languages. Especially as i seek to further RP the rich diversity within Nsanlosa in the coming period, further elaborating on its many different tribes and cultures.

I think a reasonable compromise would be to keep Swahili and allow the introduction of german as an additional lingua franca, so that both could be widespread; without any major change to the previously approved CP of Nsanlosa.
