Cultural Protocol Updates

I'd like to update the Kalistani CP to reflect a more realistic distribution of cultural influence in the "Kalistani" cultural designation.

Current:

Kalistani / 91%
The following cultures influence the "Kalistani Ethnic Identity" in the following quantities (roughly speaking):
(Artanian Based)
» Luthori (British/English)- 29%
» Pensio (Spanish)- 21%
» Enskalan (Basque)- 17%
» Istalian (Italian)- 10%
» Canrillaise (French)- 8%
» Narik (Dutch) 4%
» Dundorfian (German)- 2%

Proposed Change:

Kalistani / 91%

» Dundorfian (German)- 17%

» Lurrian/Enskalan (Basque)- 2%

Enskalan was an interlude in Kalistan which I never fully retconned, but instead just RPed out of it, so it still is listed in the Hall of Continuity.  But I think more closely match the demographic of the western US in general, Dundorfian should have a much larger influence, while still allowing me to recognize the old RP involving the Enskalan/Lurrian Basque piece.
