Selucian-Yishelem negotiations fall short after almost 2 decades of "intentional stalling"

Yishelem - The rift between the two Majatran states seems beyond mending after almost 2 decades of innocuous back and forth since the Consuls of Selucia had threatened to harm the Yeudi Diaspora. While former Beiteynu had never taken such threats lightly - on the contrary, it instantly deployed its naval Azhara Diplomacy to any part of the world needed and the entire thing would have either been resolved by now, or escalated unreasonably - what now stands in the shadow of the Yeudi Empire is boggled down in separatism and internal disagreements.

Many have been vocal about the fact that the now Narik and Darnussian led 3rd Point Federation had already replaced Yeudi influence over regional matters long before the tariffs incident - as such, Selucia's threats over the wellbeing of Selucian-Yeudis were "more bark than bite". 

Their argument? 

Neither side has any significant sway and the tariffs had barely made any dent in international relations, with Sholemberg first to back off.

However, Yishelem and the mostly Jelbic-Yeudi Medebir and Hofesh Nisrads have remained adamant - and furious - that the states of the Holy Land, now called Amudim, had a duty to all the Jelbic and Yeudi People of the world. And that duty must never be forgotten.

"The Yeudi Homeland is a cauldron with no fire", the Secretary of Haifbourg stated; "the cauldron is still there, even if the fire isn't". Meanwhile, the Secretary of Sholemberg shrugged Haifbourg's statement 2 hours later on social media as "children clinging to the past".

As of this point, it remains unclear whether and how negotiations with Selucia will progress, or if the matter has died out entirely.
