As the reconstruction process in Meriath continues, the Royal Court and the IDE have sought to reaffirm the narrative of Egelian intervention in Meriath following disappointing and highly  commentary from regional alliues. The IDE has stated that to this day, Egelion remains committed to the independence, liberty, and popular sovereignty of Meriath as an official independent state ever since their split from the neo-fascist mainland government. With the being said, the IDE and the Royal Court are calling on all left-leaning and democratic organizations from Terra to begin aiding Meriath. "If recognition is not viable now, then at least humanitarian aid and structure is needed", claimed Royal Councilor Mondragon II. Specifically, Mondragon II has called on the Rosalana Garcia Institute to begin working with local politicians and action groups on Meriath to ensure that the social democratic threading of the island is well maintained. The sociopolitical fabric of Meriath must be stable as to avoid future debates or conflicts on the status of the island. Mondragon believes that the current situation would be perfect fro the Rosalana Garcia Institute to do its work.

Other institutions, especially financial ones, on Terra are also being summoned to Meriath to begin the healing of the island and ensure it has suitable financial backing to move forward. Already, Egelian institutions such as Cascabel-Otienda, Sanatamer, Ibarra, and Villar y Zepeda have already pledged loans, grants, financial assistance, and consultations with Meriath to ensure the rebuilding process is well supported. Even the newly created Egelian Investment fund is already working to begin projects on the island. The Royal Court debated for two hours today on ways to get the international community to accept Meriath as a legitimate government. Members debated on releasing statements and providing transparency throughout the whole process. Members proposed that all financial transactions between Altea an Meriath be released to show no political affiliations or corrupt bribery. Others in the court stated that they would call on international overseers to safeguard Meriath's election to show no proof of Egelian meddling--this could of course be aided by the Rosala G. Institute as well. 

"We have no business here other than to keep the island free and safe", stated Mondragon II. "Our goal isn't to take advantage of a people or to simply take as we please. Altea's motives have never been inclined towards such imperialist ambitions. We seek to safeguard Meriath and the people of Rildanor from dangerous neo-fascist ideologies plaguing are world. This does not mean we stand alone in this battle. We call our allies and our partners to engage with us and ensure we safeguard our planet one step at a time."
