In accordance with the will of His Majestic Highness, the King and Kaiser, Franz II, Andreas Knoerr of the Hosian-Conservative Alliance has formed a government and has been formally named State Chancellor. The coalition, known as the Blue-Orange-Black Coalition (Dundorfian: Blau-Orange-Schwarze Koalition), has significant holdings within the State Council.
