Lilit Garkyan, minister of heath and social services, has found an agreement on regulations on working conditions with the top 5 employers.

After a year of meetings and talks, the top 5 and the minister have found a compromise that would give give more regulations on workconditions for the employee. Lilit Garkyan, minister of health and services, has proceeded to put the proposal into the democratic procedure, where parliament has voted in favor of the law. 

The top 5 and the minister have agreed on proposals like a 45 hour week, with some exceptions like transport and special exceptions for healthcare, also on the rights of unions, as they are representatives of the workers, they should have rights outside of the governement and the employer. Also special arrangements for shiftwork and the space needed inbetween a workers shift, how much time is needed inbetween shifts for the worker to rest.  Lilit Garkyan named the proposal the havaragir (the balanceaccord) and will go in administration in january 5667.

the minister talked to our reporter after the parliament vote for havaragir. It is wonderfull that the proposal has been voted in favor and will take effect in 5667. Our workers have worked for too long without any restrictions of the employer, the employer benefitted a lot, wich was good for Pontesi, but not for its people. Our cabinet and coalition has promissed that the Pontesian people will grow with it an today is one step in that process!

Pararvesti Tun Noralus wins Ardziv Balleti Mrt'suyt for the 3th time in a row, Nareh Papazian, former proffesional dancer, creates the Pari Azgayin Khorhurt and announces something big!

The Ardziv Balleti Mrt'suyt has been won by non other then Pararvesti Tun Noralus for the 3th time in a row. Pararvesti is the biggest and most prestigious dansschool and especially for ballet of Pontesi, they won the contest the most. It was a big evening with other dans academies who competed for the big prestigious price and ofcourse the money that is tied to the price.

It was a big event with many spectators supporting their favourites. It was organised in Arvestanak, the new concerthall in Nakhater, with a maximum place of 2000, wich was fully booked for 3th time in a row. The organisation was very well done, as we heard some of the spectators, security and food where perfect. The Arvesti Balletayin Miutyun stated that it was one of their best shows and that the contestants where all beautifull and gave their all, wich you could see true the points as it has never been this close between groups. 

Nareh Papazian was also present, a former proffesional dancer, to announce a big event to increase attention for all dance in Pontesi, but hopes that it also convinced international cooperation for dance. 

I am here to announce that we found an agreement with all organisations intrested to organise a dance olympiade to increase intrest and motivation in dance, but also will it highlight dance even more, while giving youth a boost of confidence to sign up in danceschools and hopefully we will find hidden gems into that crowd. As it will be a  contest of differant dance levels, we need to give academies the time to integrate it and work on it. We have foreseen the first contest to take place in 5668. Wich dances we have chosen will be announced before the event to the public, while the academies will receive it earlier ofcourse.
