The new university opened in Östvik, Skuggesang Universitet. 
February 5664

Östvik- The university has finally opened, a project started by mayor of Östvik in 5661 to connect the Velreidar community and kazulians to learn from one another has finally completed and will open to all students. The university who is named Skuggesang university, translated as The university of the shadowsong, was named after Den evige Skuggesang ( the eternal shadowsong). 
Sigvard Grannheim opened the cermenoy with a speech, to open the university and to explain on the name of the university.

I welcome all of you here today. A great day for Östvik, Kazulia and the Velreidars. This university will connect all of us together, in learning of each other and respecting our heritage. We named the university Skuggesang Universitet, after the legend of the Evige Skuggesang, the eternal shadowsang. Where Skarn a blind wanderer heard the song from the deepest fjords, where other where droven mad, he stayed calm and opened his spirit. It taught him that true knowledge comes not from what you see, but from the bravery to ask what lies behind the veil of sight. After 7 days of sitting at the shore of the fjords, he returned with words that still echo through time, Knowledge is the sword of the sprit, the one who wields it fights without blood. It is believed that Skarn was a messenger of Velthar, the King of gods, to enlighten our people. We named it after the Skuggesang, because it is the legend of knowledge sharing and enlighten yourselves to embrace the future and fight every obstacle with knowledge as that is the real power. We hope you all will open up you're spirits for the knowledge and make yourselves ready for the future!

In the hall of the university their is an inscription that reads as follow:

“In the darkness beneath the fjords, where the Shadow-Song whispers, Skarn taught us that true knowledge is not born of the eye’s sight, but of the heart’s daring question.

May this university, forged in the light of Velthar and the vision of the blind seer, stand as a beacon for all 

who seek, who doubt, and who strive toward wisdom.

Here, at the mouth of Skarn’s cave, we swear to honor the quest for truth, to cherish the strength of fellowship,

 and to keep the fire of insight burning — without fear, without bounds.

News came out that Aina Begjom resigns as chairwoman of the FSA after loast elections and the tumultuous years after, she says that she isn't the right capable person to lead FSA into the future. Marthe Kallstad wins the chairman/woman election surprisingly over favourite Kris Kristiaensen.
