This afternoon, King Artemio and Queen Anastasia, Tsar and Tsarina of Nadiya and Monarchs of New Endralona and Kizenia respectively, introduced the future heir of the crown at Villamor Palace. For the first time since his birth 3 years ago, the Prince of Amateria, Léon Alexander, made his existence officially known to the people of Keris. The Prince of Amateria smiled for the cameras set up by the nation's press and behaved like any toddler would. His joyous and expressive manners kept many reporters in awe. King Artemio spoke with the press individually and claimed the royal family felt the time was finally right for his son to make an appearance in front of the press. Many questioned the king over keeping his son hidden away for 3 years following his birth. He expressed that tradition in Egelion has been this way for years--reminding them that his own first appearance in front of cameras happened when he was 8 years old along with his sister. "It is unusual yes, but we believe that we should not be putting cameras in our children's' faces once they are born. We may be royals, but we are parents too. We will do so only when we are ready for them to do so. In order for our way of governance to exist without fault, we must ensure our children are prepared for such a massive invasion of their private lives."

The Prince of Amateria resembles his mother the most, according to many major news outlets. Critics and commentators have claimed that the crown prince's looks are most "Nadiyan" than they are Egelian. It is unknown however whether the prince's yet to be seen sister will resemble her father or mother more. Queen Anastasia claimed that she would take the Prince of Amateria to Nadiya in the next coming weeks to show the new heir of Trigunia and of New Endralon. Prince Léon Alexander is set to become one of Terra's most influential leaders when he assumes the throne after Artemio as he now claims the thrones of Trigunia and of Kizenia through a direct connection to Prince Karoly. King Artemio's sister, the Princess Carlota, and her own kids, Valerian (6) and Victoria (7), will visit their new young family member in Altea before going to Eroncourt to meet with the dying Canrillaise King Louis XII. Princess Carlota has taken over House Montalivet's finances since her father King Romulo died and is seeking to consolidate more funds with her "cousins" in Eroncourt. She was sent on behalf of King Artemio as soon as Prince Léon Alexander was born. The family is together and celebrating the new prince as the nation watches on knowing the lineage is secure for many years to come.
