HI&RM Emperor Richard II Welcomes New Appointed Kalistani Ambassador in Hosbury House.

Today, His Majesty, Emperor Richard II met with newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinaire and Plenipotential (Extraordinary Ambassador and Plenipoteniary) of His and Her Imperial Majesty, the Emperor and Empress of Ananto and Kalistan to His Imperial and Royal Majesty's Court in St. Richard Castle, His Excellency, Sir Andrew Riley.
Sir Riley, recently appointed by the Kalistani monarch, has been received by His Imperial Majesty in his country estate at Hosbury House. His Imperial Majesty was first introduced with Mr. Riley's Letters of Credences, formally introducing himself as the Plenipotentiary to Luthori of His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Frederick IV and Her Imperial Majesty, Empress Jennifer. His Imperial and Royal Majesty, on behalf of His Imperial and Royal Majesty's Most Excellent Government, solemnly approved the request of Their Kalistanic Majesties for the establishement of a permanent ambassordial-level between both His Imperial Majesty's Court in Luthori and Their Kalistanic Majesties' Court in Kalistan.
His Imperial & Royal Majesty, on behalf of the Luthorian imperial family and ex officio Mordusian royal family, his blessings towards the new Kalistani monarchs' shared reign and extended his greetings to Their Kalistanic Majesties during small talk with the new Kalistani Plenipoteniary Ambassador to Luthori. His Imperial and Royal Majesty also expressed his "gratitude" for the presence of Their Kalistanic Majesties to His Golden Jubilee, celebrating the fiftienth anniversary of His Majesty's ascension to the Confederation's thrones.
In a daring and unexpected shift in Kalistani policy, the Kalistani Embassy has been re-opened by order of Their Kalistanic Majesties, the whom had already visited the Luthorian Empire (the first Kalistani visit since Kalistani Empress Nicolette) - enlightening the way towards better understanding and cooperation between both states on the world stage.
