Amudim: Bankaut Integration Framework Initiative (BIFI)

This Amendment pertains to an addition to the Bankaut (Yeudish: בַּנקָאוּת, transl. Banking) Integration Framework Initiative, henceforth referred to as Bankaut and/or BIFI, and concerns financial institutions registered in Istalia.

By ratification, 
Istalia:

(9) ACKNOWLEDGES the previous eight (8) clauses of this treaty,

(10) UNDERSTANDS that the City State of Tel Bira requires financial institutions registered in Istalia to continue operating, trading and declaring income and assets in Istalia,

(11) RECOGNISES that the City State of Tel Bira offers AI-powered reporting to the Istalian Revenue Agency and the Istalian Central Bank regarding any and all transactions performed by financial institutions registered in Istalia,

AND,

(12) UNDERSTANDS that the City State of Tel Bira enforces mandatory disclosure of beneficial ownership and intended scope for special-purpose financial vehicles registered in Tel Bira and associated in any way with financial institutions registered in Istalia.

Istalia ratified the treaty with its dedicated amendment on February 5680.
