As Last Worldburnerist Stronghold Falls to Gray Horde, Jelbe Eyes Uncertain Future
4 March 5680BAOFLUZ - With the capture of Jeztridomura, the final Worldburnerist-controlled city in Jelbe which had been held by loyalists to the WJZR regime which collapsed twelve years ago, the future of Jelbe lies uncharted.
The Gray Horde, under the command of Azi Mrlkaisrmko, Nrlgraké Bek, the "Gray Bek", marched into Jeztridomura after the mutiny of occupying Worldburnerist forces in late February that killed the loyalist commander there. Starvation and disease had been rampant in occupying forces, and mutineers were pardoned of treason against Jelbe by the Gray Bek.
Mrlkaisrmko, a charismatic and successful commander for the past six years since the death of his father Mrlkai Trnaisrmko, who was minister of defense for Jelbe at the end of the Worldburnerist regime and who was the key military leader of democratic forces in post-collapse Jelbe, is widely expected by observers to be named Khan of Jelbe. However, with few extant noble families after extensive Worldburner purges, it is unclear how a Kurultai can be formed to select the Khan.
