Vision of the Five-Decade Renewal, is it Happening?

QART QILDAR — The government has seen noticeable change since the PUK government in 5665, with the rising interest of the national electorate in politics, improved infrastructure and education programs, and heightened activity in the legislative branch. The horrors of the old parties has still yet to dissipate, but change is finally reaching out the doors of an ordinary Cildanian. "Well at least there are some action taking place. When I was young, I do not see any change at all. Streets were dirty, people were rude, and market prices were challenging. It was horrible before." This was a statement of an old bartender in Qart Qildar's busy boulevards.
There is now a multi-party system designed to represent the closest ideals of the citizenry, from left-wing ecosocialism to right-wing Hosian conservatism. Unlike the old system, the current system has measures of creating the parliament, balancing democratic and representation of people in the legislative branch. It does not necessarily follow a first past the post voting system, but rather a preferential instant runoff voting. Such a system ensures that someone will be elected based upon the preference of the people, which is helpful because it includes as much people as it can on the same page.
Meanwhile, several initiatives have been approved to uplift lives of the Cildanian people. Most notably, the education reform is set in place to make the youth prepared on the future development of Cildania. It was indeed effective, although reaching high literacy rates will become possible in a few more years or so. Introducing a new map is also a significant contribution to the people as certain places in the country have yet to recognize the changes of regional and town boundaries. It is needed for every Cildanian that they know of their town and their region, so they als know who represents them and which services are available for them. The road repair bill is also not forgotten, serving it as start for infrastructure development. If broken roads alone cannot be fixed, then how we fix highways, airports, and seaports? This shows the government's commitment towards building trust with the people and bringing them back to good relations.
Finally, the Cildanian parliament provides us a new sense of transparency in the government. There are now firm faces of ideals and stances, encouraging the people to push for the necessary initiatives that should be pushed in the parliament. The largest party is in coalition with the right-wing party to do real changes, whilst the Hosian democrats, union members, and green activists are in team to commit on checks and balances. This shows the most significant change in the Cildanian governance, defying the usual stereotype of usual boring squabble and loose words of promises. This time, the voice of the people is heard. This time, the commitments are actually realized. And this is something that needed to be worked both upon the people and the government.
Cildania is still a long way towards a real prosperity. However, through the small initiatives of the current government, she has a chance again to develop and bring back its economic power back to regional market. She has a chance again to develop an active and interested populace. She has a chance again to become a model of innovation and cooperation.
