Tiralle  After a month of negociating with all the parties, it became clear for Marie Léclair that Parti Centriste was the best option for the Parti Egalitair Liberale to step together in the coalition. They found a consensus on a lot of proposals that are harshly need for Rildanor to move up in the economical ladder. 

They have agreed on putting up an incentive on the agricultural sector as it is an important level of the economy, but is always been neglected.They also agreed on setting up an economic review commission, that will research the Rildanorian market to see what levels of the economy are critical endagered, to see what demands are on the market and if the supply meets the demand and to see where the efficiency is of the economy. 

The coalition agreed also on re-education of longterm unemployed people, they stated that it is a wrong step to punish people for not finding work in an economy that isn't growing, it is unfair and unjust, for now we need to give them a chance re-educate themself, and find workers in levels of the market that has a labour shortage. 

An international campaign will also be conducted, focused on the Union of Canrille and the continent of Selaya, find diplomacy, but also in desperate need of trading for resources that Rildanor could benefit of. Also stepping the Selayan Economic Committee, wich will improve the trade of Rildanor. 

The coalition of PEL and PC has a small majority of 52% of the seats and votes and will work hard for archeiving the goals they have layed out for them, stated Mathieu Marichal, chairman of Parti Centriste and future minister of Internal affairs.

PEL-PC adminstration to open NOUVEAU and new incentives in the economy.

Tiralle  The coalition of Parti Egalitaire Liberale and Parti centriste has decided to start with a center for adult education and re-education of unemployed people, with the sentiment of guiding people to a new future, instead of punishing them for something that is may be not in their control. Also people who are on healthcare benefits will be able to apply for this and will be very cheap or free for some. The administration has decided to call it NOUVEAU, Nouvelle Orientation pour Une Vie Enrichissante et un Avenir Utile, it will start as a expirement project in Tiralle, they have found an abandonned building and will renovate it into an efficient and proper building for its cause.

Marie L'Éclair has responded to our reporter when she was leaving Parliament earlier today.

It is a very efficient project, where i am very proud that this coalition has agreed upon, instead of punishing people that lost their jobs and may be didn't have the right qualifications anymore for what they want, we can guide and help them to archieve it. Instead of punishing people who got sick or injured, because of their hard labour, we can guide them towards a job with better conditions. It is for the good of our economy and our industries, it is a calculated investment, wich will regained in the long run.

Also in the news is that that after reviewing the Rildanorriene Economy and its efficiency, they have decided that their should be an incentive on certain levels of the economy, it will also be linked on the new NOUVEAU institute with free courses and formations on those certain levels of the economy. There are 3 sectors of the economy that where found very important for modernazation and improving the efficiency of the economy of Rildanor, Agriculture, Manufactoring and ecology. The coalition has decided after reading the reports of the economic commission that was setup in 5572, to put incentive on the agriculture, for the already existing farmers to ease their hard labour and improve their materials, for new upcoming farmers education and subsidizing their start up and also to attract new farmer, with easy loans and lower loan intrests. 

An incentive was also placed on manufactoring, as Rildanor is low on resources of its own, they need new businesses that could eventually be manufactoring products that other nations have trouble to do so, that would improve the efficiency on the economy on Terra and in Rildanor itself. The coalition is also busy with setting up a campaign of state visits true Selaya to gather resources, to help future companies starting up. The incentive would give easier loans and lower intrests, give free education on courses and marketing the advantages of those companies.

An incentive has also been placed on the ecology, as Canrille always has placed the importance on the enviroment and modernizing its technology, Rildanor wants to do the same. The incentive would aid companies in modernizing their stock and machinery into electrical machinery and in cheaper installments on Solarpanels, etc... 

A new policy and a lot of investments coming up for Rildanor.

Rildanor invites the United Kingdom of Lourenne and the Emperor of Canrille.

Tiralle Pemiére ministre Marie LÉclair has been busy with meeting with Fleur Dubois, minister of foreign affairs to set up a visit with the United Kingom of Lourenne and his royal majesty emperor Maximilien V to reassure Rildanorienne Loyalty towards the Union of Canrille, after last decade of the Parti Nationaliste campaign for a RIXIT, the PEL-PC administration is worried that i could have damaged the relation between both nations and the union. The administration has been busy making ammence with the Union of Canrille and trying to show that it can be of importance in the Union. 

Lourenne has agreed upon a visit to talk about improving diplomatic relations again, trade oppurtunities and Rildanor delegation will also ask for help for connecting Rildanor to the Trans Selayan Railway. We also assume they will talk about the investigation that is still going on for years now to the murder of Jean Bouchard in 5570, as no new evidence has shown up of it and Rildanorienne inspectors and justice prosecutors are clueless on how to keep the investigation going.

Fleur Dubois, Minister of foreign affairs has gathered the press to inform the public of the visit.

After the last decade and the desastrues events that came along, Rildanors relation with the Union of Canrille is most likely damaged, we know the emperor is a forging man, as also the assembly of Canrille, but we need to ensure all institions of Canrille that Rildanor will take its responsebility and make ammense with those institutions. Tiralle  A numerous state visits from and towards have been confirmed. A rildanor delegations will visit or get a visit of the United republic of Likatonia, Gaduridos, the Antonese Empire (Kalistan) and Aldegar. 

The foreign ministry has stated that it is very happy with the confirmation of all these visits, as it are all very developed nations, with a strong economical and diplomatic footprint on Selaya and Terra, they will talk about Selayan stability, diplomacy and future, also looking for trade oppurtunities, as resources, so Rildanor could use those to motivate future companies to develop. 

As rildanor is also in Selayan Economical Comittee now, they will already have it easier to trade with some, but also trying to connect to the trans selayan railway will even make it more easier and cheaper to trade with several nations in Selaya.

Lourenne

Premiére ministre Marie L'Éclair went with a delegation towards Lourenne to improve relations again with the kingdom and alongside with the union of Canrille, as Marie fears that the relationhip would be damaged a little after the RIXIT referendum of the PN. They also went to talk about the economical situation of Rildanor and its efficiency, looking to what the Union could possebly need. Also will they ask aid for the connection of the Trans Selayan Railway. 

The delegation came back with a plan, they will talk to private investors and set up a plan with the economic commission together, to set up a missile factory, as Lourenne has agreed on aiding this project. They will also find an military expert and engineer to work alongside the commision and look towards possible locations where they could build the industrial site.

Gaduridos

Marie L'Éclair visited together the kingdome of Gaduridos and met up with governor-general Iris Gayoso to improve relations, talk about Rildanors future within Selaya, the admission of Rildanor in the SEC, connecting Rildanor in the trans Selaya Railway and Trade possebilities. 

Rildanor will buy Banana's and sell it off to local entrepreneurs to sell Gaduri's banana's, while Gaduridos will wait with buying as they want to wait, untill Rildanors economy grows and factory's are producing goods.

Kalistan

A kalistani delegation led by Froeign minister Dame Dumont. As Kalistan wants to meet and get to know the new L'Éclair administration and improving their relations with other Selayan nations overall. Marie'LÉclair already stated on forehand that The Antonese Empire is a very important member in Selaya and an economical power that can not go unnoticed, she sees a good friendly and diplomatic relation with Kalistan as utterly important for Rildanor and the union of Canrille.

They will meet up and talk about the SEC, even when Kalistan isn't a member, about the trans Selayan raillroad and trade possebilities. We already know that Rildanor will take aluminium, rum and wine, that will all be sold to the private companies and local shops. In the hope to motivate people and investors to invest in the Rildanorienne economy. 


Likatonia

A visit has also been conducted towards Likatonia, same reasons as all of the other, ensure Rildanors position on Selaya and what intends to do and archieve.  Likatonia a rising nation in diplomacy and economy has agreed to trade with Rildanor, Rildanor will receive Titanium and wood, while Likatonia while receive, Lithium. 

Rildanor has set up trade possebilities with nations to ensure future companies have goods to build around and upon.

L'etoile Canrille has been found, a missile factory located it Meroix.

Meroix  the coalition has agreed on the location of the new missile factory they will create, it will be located in the region of Meroix as it has an easy acess to the port, naval base and there is enough room for the site. Rildanor will invest in the company, also will there be aid of Lourenne and the union of Canrille, another private foundation, made by some investors who are seeing the potential of Rildanor and the coalition will invest in this project too, they are named  R.I.S.P. (Rildanor Investissement pour la Prospérité).

The missile factory will be named L'etoile Canrille, Rildanor will have 61,67% of the shares at hands, while R.I.S.P. will have 38,33%. They have found an brilliant engineer who will get help of the Lourenne's department, to create the blueprints of the specifications on the missiles. The coalition has also already appointed Isabelle Lamoine as CEO of the coorporation, who will have the task to guide it towards succes, appoint her board and executives, and hire workers. ALso will the coalition put formations in NOUVEAU, to educate the potentially new workers into Defense mechaniks.

A state visit to Noumonde is confirmed, Trade possebilities and improving diplomatic relations.

Tiralle Parti Egalitaire Liberale and Parti Centriste coalition has confirmed a state visit towards Noumonde, a nation that has developped in recent years in growing economy, an example of public transportations and public housing.  The visit will be one for improving relations and trade posssebilities as Noumonde is rich of important resources that Rildanor desperately needs.

I am happy that we have had confirmation of our state visit to Noumonde. A nation who is blossoming in a beautifull, strong and capable nation. Where they have prioritized the people, where they prove that public transportation and housing can improve life standards, efficient is for their economy as they are a growing economical power. We will also talk about trading oppurtunities as they have a lot of natural resource, we desperately need, for our agriculture andmanufactoring. I am personally looking forward to this visit.

Equinox Acier, a new steellmill opens its doors.
October 5575.

Morbanaque  Alaric Beaumont is a businessman who saw an opportunity, when the coalition was campaign true Selaya for trade possebilities, to invest in a steelmill that will process all the metalkinds to the customers' needs. He has also found some friends in his idea and created Equinox Acier together.

It is constructed in Morbanaque near Tallorie, it will employ 750 people to start and will be runned by a CEO, they chose Céline Morel, a Director of a small private Bank who was searching for something new. She will have the responsebility to put Equinox Acier on the map in Rildanor and beyond. The company will buy the resources of Rildanor, wich on their turn where bought of other nations. 
In the hope other companies and local shops will see this oppurtunity to take the risk and start doing business together. Also a marketcampaigne has been set up over all of Rildanor, to attract those clients they need.

The incentive has been showing results in its first years, Marie L'Éclair has stated that she is very proud of Equinox and hope to facilitate them as much as possible.

Fertilis, a phertilizer plant in Sirdour. Government starts talks with Vincent ST Laurent, Founder of Lumeon.

Tiralle  Fertilis a new phertilizer plant that operates in Sirdour where the most farmers are situated, will buy the Phosphorus and Silicon of Rildanor, who on their turn bought it of Noumonde, and will make it for the best phertilizer possible. With the incentive and the demand towards good phertilizer, it is expected to be a succes and motivated others to start their farming business. 

Also is the minister of trade and industry Madelon Payet in negotiations with Vincent ST Laurent who want to restract the lithium with his company named Lumeon, for the start of their first products of cellphones. With the lithium they will restract, they would also sell it to those in need. The negociatons between Minister of trade and industry Madelon Payet are also going about the financial cost, but also if Lumeon could possebly make batteries strong enough for L'Etoile Canrille. 

After a week of negociating, they agreed the terms and Lumeon will restract Lithium for his cellphones and will make batteries for L'etoile Canrille. The company is located in Tiralouse and will start restracting in January 5576.

State visit to Aldegar, improving relations, trade oppurtunities and Student exchange program.

Tiralle  The coalition has set out a state visit towards Aldegar, to talk about Selayan affairs, trade, diplomacy and a student exchange program. While this coalition has set out to improve education on all levels, Aldegar a economical and powerfull nation could help Rildanor improve their status and education stated the ministry of foreign affairs.

Also talking about importing resources of Aldegar like rare earth metals, that could be used for the production of L'Etoile Canrille and other companies like Lumeon. Equinox Acier will process the metals towards what is needed for L'etoile.

With the student exchange program, the coalition will also motivate investors and brave people to start a private universities who will work alongside state universities. All levels of education should improve as it is the ambition of this coalition to become a strong influence, and they believe it can only be done true education.
