Student exchange program with Dundorf

Tiralle  The coalition has not much intrest to cooperate in Artania, as they have caused a lot of troubles in Artania and provoked the antonese empire constantly, even though tensions are cooling down, the coalition is cautious with cooperating with Artanian nations.

However, Dundorf has been found an exception, as the coalition agreed that Dundorf is a nation that always stood for peace and diplomacy, is worth of cooperating, as they are also a close ally of Lourenne and the Union of Canrille, it is a very good base to start off.

With this program Rildanorienne students could easily go to Dundorf and learn from one of the best universities of Terra, while Dundorfian students can come to Rildanor and learn on our universities.  

The coalition also agreed on increasing the budget for education, to motivate universities and search an efficient way in building schools and universities, so every Rildanorienne can have it easy go to school.

Tiralle  Last election shows a big improvement for the coalition wich proves that people are happy with current mathers, but also with the campaign of the PEL. It was focused on education, improving infrastructure and growing of the economy. 

While the PN was still campagning for leaving the Canrille Union and the UL was campaigning against the measures of the PEL, wich would be too socialistic according to them. Both the chairmans resigned after the elections came in and looks like they are midst a crisis.

PS has shown an improvement to and are willing to open the door to work together with this coalition, wich would estrenghten the seats and majority. 

Marie L'Éclair has given a victory speech at the PEL HQ.

I'm thrilled that we have improved our last result, it means the people are happy with the measures we have taken, this coalition has put a strong base for the economy and now we have to wait to see it grow. NOUVEAU has reported promising result, it will be one of the projects that we will expand to other regions. We will put in more investments in education, to help private organistaion start schools and universities, but also start building state schools and universities. We are also very proud as we have repaired the relation with th the Union and Lourenne itself, wich will be seen in the next legislature.

Marie L'Éclair chairwoman of the PEL has been appointed as negociator to form a new coalition, but it is expected the Parti centriste and Parti Egalitaire Liberale will have it easiy to form a coalition, the question that pops up is will the parti Socialiste step in the coalition?

Tiralle  A coalition has been found and as expected it is a grand left coalition between the Parti Egalitaire Liberale, Parti Centriste and Parti Socialiste. they have negociated and appointed ministries for a couple of weeks,, before deciding that oil drilling rights will be granted.

They have had a couple of weeks of talks with a couple of investors, who will invest in an oil drilling company named OcéAzur. They will be helped by Petro Royale, a lourennais company that has a lot of experience with drilling oil. 

Madelon Payet, ministre of trade and industry has organised a small press conference to inform the public.

We have had talks with OcéeAzur for the right to drill oil in the odufart sea, wich is a big operation, but will create thousands of jobs from the drilling to production and sales departments. The more people that are working, the more the government can re-invest in the people and the more the economy can grow. We are proud that we aren't punishing people, but we are helping and guiding them.

Scientist have found a new resource and how to restract it.

Tiralle Scientist at the university of Tiralle have found a new resource and how to restract it. The scientists where digging deep in the ground in MontPellier to research the deep underground for how good the soil wasand how deep the water was, when they bumpt into something special, after taking it to their lab, they researched it and found that it was a new sort of metal, named Beryllium. 

After more research, they also found that the new metal was very strong and resisted the highest temperatures. It could possebly be used for aerospace, Aviaton, defense, weapon systems, medical equipment, Nuclear energy, energy, electronics, communication, and industrial tools. 

After the news came out R.I.S.P. said it will invest in a company that will restract Beryllium and is even considering selling his shares of L'Etoile Canrille to fully focus on the new company. 

For now there have not been any intrested, but it is expected to take some time, as the new company or companies would have to learn on how to properly restract and process the new resource.

State visit to communaute de Kanor announced, Meeting about diplomacy, restrenghten relations and possible financial possebilities.

Tiralle  A new state visit is announced towards the Communaute de Kanjor. It was on the PEL's agenda for a long time and finally are able to realise it. Kanjor is a strong influence in Terra and especially in Selaya and also in the Canrille Empire.

The state visit is arranged to discuss state diplomacy and financial outcomes. As Kanjor already stated, they will also discuss the specifics, including helping finance the Trans Selayan Railroad.

It is also rumoured that they will discuss the Rildanorienne Oil drilling company OcéAzur cooperating with the Kanjorian energy company SSGS to drill more oil from the Odufart Sea. Lourenne has helped with setting up and teaching how OcéAzur should drill oil; now, they will discuss the practical side of who does what.

L'Etoile Canrille is also in need of new investors as R.I.S.P. has announced to sell the shares to be able to focus on a new adventure with a possible new restracting and process company of Byrellium and rumoured is that the Rildonorienne Coalition will also sell Rildanors 10.38% with it.

Gouverneur-General Marie L'Éclair and delegation meets with Kanjor.

Tiralle The state visit between Rildanor and Kanjor has been completed. Tals appeared very productive and succesfull as Governor-Generale Marie LÉclair stated that Kanjor will help funding and building the railroad that will be connected to the Trans Selayan railway.

In the Talks Kanjor agreed also in Buying 49% of the shares of L'Etoile Canrille, in doing so the company has more means to produce effective their products for the Canrille Union. Also as the Byrellium is founded to be very effective for L'Etoile Canrille and other area's, they have agreed with Kanjor for trading Byrellium to them too, as they can use it for their nuclear plants, as it can be very effectively used there.

Also a cooperation between OcéAzur and SSOG has been agreed to help with the oil drilling in the Odufart sea. 

The construction of the TSR has already started and is pressumed to be finished in 5584, a new day for Rildanorriene trade.

L'etoile Canrille gets blueprints of hypersonic missiles of Lourenne, for Solentia. Coalition agreed on building a new university and expansion of the NOUVEAU project.

Tiralle  The coalition has agreed that L'Etoile Canrille will produce the hypersonic missile destined for Solentia, it has gotten the blueprints of the United Kingdom of Lourenne. It are specified missiles destinated for the satellite Solentia.

The missiles can also be used for other purposes in the military, but the Coalition has stated that it will only be manufactored for Solentia. It is a big project for L'Etoile Canrille and they will have to increase workforce and education around the production and science. 

Coalition has agreed on the expansion of NOUVEAU, a project that started in Tiralle to re-educate unemployed and people on wellfare, who are may be capable and willing to work. The project will expand to the province Montpellier, as L'Etoile Canrille has demand in new workers and re-education is set up in their new plan. 

Also have they announced that they will build a new university in Saint-Francais, it suits in the new educational plan of the coalition to have at least 2 state university's in every region of Rildanor against 5600.

The construction has started and will be assumed to finnish in 5584. The coalition believes that these investments will help the economy grow.

Elections, PEL wins for the 3th time in a row. PN and UL are losing again, and capitulate.

Tiralle Electoins have occured and it seems that Marie L´Éclair's party PEL has won once again, and even increase their seats in parliament. 

While the PN and UL are losing again, it is rumoured the will capitulate, also the 2 new chairmans have been seen talking to each other, and it fires up rumours that the 2 parties will fuse into a new party.

Marie L'Éclair has stated to be thrilled about the victory and it shows how people wants to continue the PEL's work. The coalition between PEL,PC and PS will continue as before.

A new focus has of the PEL is a stong navy to face the difficult challenges that Rildanor and the Canrille union are facing.

The 3th fleet has returned to rildanor to rest, but the coalition will focus on the maintenance of the vessels and the training of the navies.
