Renaming & Cultural Protocol update for Trigunia

After discussing the updated proposal and the content of this thread Moderation has decide to

APPROVE the name change (Trigunia is now recognized as Nadiya officially, with Trigunia as a valid alternate name) but
NOT APPROVE this cultural protocol update at this time. The following need to be changed for us to consider approval (please submit a new proposal thread if you wish to pursue these):

• (Primary issue): The MCN church growth is too much too fast. We would be open to an MCN percentage in the range of 5-10% of the total religious population.
  
• (New issue, not previously raised) Please update the sub percentages in the Religion section so that they do not total 100% of the level above, but instead the percentage of the total population. This is how other CPs have established the precedent (including the current Trigunia CP).
  
• Ensure all references to "Rodashyan", "Rodashkyan" are updated to "Rodshyan".
  
• Make clear that Hulstrians are (Austrian German) speakers, and not generally Dundorfian.
  
• Restore the Overview section from the old CP.
