History: 
Hexlon Imperial is the largest conglomorate in Luthori and Mordusia. Its history begins in the Luthorian colonial empire when it held operations in Mordusia, New Mordusia, New Alduria and the Luthorian Raj. It began as an energy company but quickly developed into a multinational conglomorate, dominating many sectors of the Luthorian Imperial markets. After the decline of the Empire its operations moved from Mordusia to Luthori, where its headquarters are still located. 


List of subsidiaries:
Hexlon Imperial Energy Co.
one of the business lines of Hexlon Imperial and also the largest distributor and producer of electricity in Luthori and Mordusia. It has two subsidiaries of its own:

1. Hexlon Imperial Oil
   
2. Hexlon Electric Co.
   

Hexlon Imperial Oil is responsible for importing, extracting and refining oil and selling it for commercial and business uses. Hexlon Electric is a relatively new company which focuses on green forms of energy production, it also aids the mother company, Hexlon Imperial Energy in maintaining the electric grid that the companies own. 
 
Hexlon Telecom Co.
one of the branches focused on telephony and communications in Luthori and Mordusia, it is considered a telecommunications giant.
 
Hexlon Imperial Defense Corp.
one of the many subsidiaries of Hexlon Imperial, focused on the production of weapons for the armed forces or for the general public. Its operations in Luthori have been relatively limited in the 5400's and 5500's but has seen an uptake in business in Mordusia. It has various subsidiaries:

1.  Hexlon Defense Industries (Mordusia)
   
2. Hexlon Defense Combine (Luthori)
   

Hexlon Defense Industries has a couple of local subsidiaries in Mordusia:

Hexlon Imperial Mining Corp.
one of the branches of the Hexlon Imperial Group, with it area being the mining and extraction of resources. It has operations in Luthori, Rutania, Mordusia, Gaduridos and Beiteynu.

Hexlon Imperial Rail Co.
One of several rail companies in Luthori and the primary rail company in Mordusia. Focusses primarly on passanger transportation and not so much on goods transportation.

Hexlon Imperial Construction Co.
One of the largest construction companies in Luthori and Mordusia, a rather profitable subsidiary of the conglomorate.

Hexlon Imperial Industries
A subsidiary of the company that focuses on industrial production of machines and half fabricates for industrial uses. 


List of shareholders:
Hexlon Imperial is an old company which has seen various owners, from nobility, politicians and investment groups to individual shareholders. One constant is that the company over time has become more and more owned by the Orange-Villayn Family, especially in recent times the Armstead branch of the family. Enriching their portfolio immensely, directly and indirectly owned between 36 and 40% of the company.
