We want to welcome the representatives of N$D and Nadiya and thank you for coming all this way. We are eager to start the negotiatons for cooperation and building up a new network for oil distribution. Myself, Derovyan L&T, the Royal house of Arev and the government of Pontesi have all agreed on investing in this cooperation and have agreed on me being the negociator. We are hoping to clear details with this conference.

We thank the Pontesians for their warm welcome. *flicks through some papers* As far as I can see, the briefs I have from Reichskanzler Beidel do not have any specific demands here. The Dual Monarchy does not really know what to share to begin with since we do not have any concrete deals made. As far as I am currently aware, and correct me if I am wrong, there only have been suggestive talks between her majesty Queen Lackmann and some representatives of the NEC' countries.

   Firstly I would like to thank Pontesi to holding such an important conference, however we all know why we're here, let's not sugarcoat this meeting as some sort of win-win situation because the NEC is getting fucked regardless of the deal. I saw enough sweet talks masqueraded as altruism in the name of international cooperation or economic prosperity when the two nations supposedly being equal are not even in the same footing, and right now this applies to this conference.

We would like to set up a cooperation of distribution of Trigunian oil. Trigunian oil is nearly untouched for decades, cause of Beiteynuese Embargo, It is lifted, yet nobody is doing anuthing with it. Myself and Pontesi would like to have distribution rights of Trigunian oil, and give the chance on Narikuton$Darnussia to do the same. A cooperation where the 3 parties win off. If we play this right, we profit endlessly on this. Let us build a network of Trigunian oil.

This sounds all good on paper but what percentage of the distribution rights are we talking about? Because if our nations end up getting enslaved to distribution rights, we will have an already bigger issue here. Kozaki itself hasn't sold the distribution rights of its oils to Lourenne and only sold them the exploitation rights but that was when we were newly independent and desperately searched for a way to make a quick cash.

I share the same opinion as Maria, as in, Brakav too isn't opposed to creating a new network of oil distribution between Pontesi and the sister nation of Narikaton & Darnussia, however the issue still stands, what if the so called agreement ends up with us being tied to both of your nations for enternity and effectively killing off any of our own ambitions when it comes to the distribution of our petroleum to Terra.

Girls, I personally believe the pontesian proposal is quite a generous one, at least let them defend their own proposal before latching at them like hyenas over a carcass. However, I would say that the NEC is ready to sell as a testament of our willingness to cooperate, around 40% of its distribution rights with that percentage being allowed to either increase or decrease depending on what other proposals you are currently hiding up your sleeve.

Dear friends, I think the issues raised by the other representatives are very valid. While obviously the Dual Monarchy stands to gain from a distribution scheme we are thinking of a healthier option for the future long-term development of the NEC. After talks with Theodora Lackmann - I hope you are able to excuse the small telephone hiccup I had a minute ago - we come with the following idea: Reducing Distribution rights to 30 percent divided between Pontesi and the Dual Republic in a degressive development over the years as a compensation for the diplomatic 'service' we're going to provide in regards to smoothing Neset and Vamaj officials.  We think that Trigunia should be the Lord over its own natural ressources in the long run and participate in the networks already existing. We are offering a helping hand for a little more compensation in the immediate future and next to nothing in the further away. If the honorable representatives have any ideas how we might sweeten the deal, please feel free, there are no bans on the mind here. *von Kozaria smiles slightly*

Now this is a type of proposal that would unanimously pass through the NEC, however we are willing to let you both own jointly 40% in exchange of potentially paving the way for a reconciliation with the Beiteynuese authorities since right now they sure are loving to act like the NEC doesn't exist and that the Tsardom still plays a major role in our nation, or nations, depends on who you're asking.
