Utaristan
#1
Background: Previously a Hulstrian colony, Utari Mosir's native population is primarily composed of Utari (Ainu) people, who speak the Utari (Ainu) language. A significant feature of the country's colonial legacy is the dominance of ethnic Hulstrians in the country's military leadership which has contributed to a pattern of military putschs in the country's post-colonial history.
