The Ahmadi Cooperation Council (ACC) is an international organization, currently regional, that has been proposed several times but came to fruition at a meeting between Kafuristan and Badara in June, 5663. The organization, as of December 5665 is in a framework stage and discussions between Badara and Kafuristan are on-going in regards to the Charter of the Ahmadi Cooperation Council.
Membership and Requirements (Proposed)
Full Member status in the Ahmadi Cooperation Council requires that the majority religion within the member state petitioning to join be Ahmadi. The Charter of the Ahmadi Cooperation Council provides for 2 other additional statuses: Partial Member, which permits nations with a "significant" number of Ahmadi's, but not a majority, to become a recognized member but does not provide voting rights but provides other benefits. The other being Observer Member, which permits nations without any Ahmadi's or international organizations but has no voting rights.
Structure (Proposed)
The Ahmadi Cooperation Council would be lead by the Secretary-General of the Ahmadi Cooperation Council and the Secretariat General, a position appointed for a 10 year term by the Supreme Council which is comprised of heads of state (or heads of government should it be determined by the member state) of Full Members. The Supreme Council is the highest authority of the Ahmadi Cooperation Council and possesses authority to make any and all decisions regarding the direction, budgeting, personnel, organization and matters of the Ahmadi Cooperation Council.
